My husband and I stopped in for a quick lunch in late July 2015. The service was wonderful! Very polite and attentive. They even brought our food over to us because it was going to take a little longer to make fresh. An older woman checked on us several times to make sure the order was right, that the food was good, and that we were happy with our experience. Ive never had a fast food experience like that, but my husband and I were both impressed with the level of customer service. Bravo!

I love popeyes chicken but the one on 436 in altamonte spring is the worst one ever. Chicken is always disgusting and nasty over cooked very dry, even the drinks are horrible. The staff have no communication skills cant barely understand a word on the intercom. I dont know whos managing that place its just awful. Its so hard for them to say thank you or have a nice day theyll slam the drive thru window in your face so rude. I cant stand it. Nasty place!!!!

Took a little while but not very long and we sat down a young lady came out with our food apologized for the wait and added an extra piece of chicken with each order. Food was awesome and as we left the cashier said goodbye and thank you. Super friendly service We have a new store at the end of our road that is always poor service. From now on we are Going a few extra miles for the best service. Thank you

The food was good and served in a timely manner the staff was nice and clean I was greeted with a welcome to popeyes the cashier took his time to make sure he got my order correct the manager was making sure everyone was getting orders done correctly as well as working the best popeyes ive ever been to the manager that was working today was awesome she needs a raise or something

This Popeyes is most awesome. Nicest employees and always clean. Anna Mae and a young man named Michael are frequently at the register when I stop in. They are competent and super friendly. Manager must do a great job because good employees seem to stay. I LOVE the chicken too.

Sat in the dining to eat and the staff frequently checked on me to ensure I enjoyed the food and asked if I needed anything else. Food was delicious as always. The dining room was clean and maintained.

Took a while to get my food, but their dine-in area closed an hour before we got there so I understand why. Like usual though, the food was excellent. The tenders, fries, and biscuits never disappoint!
