Would rate 0 stars. VERY disappointed. Ordered a to go order for a child, kids alfredo pasta. The fries and pasta were all mixed together in one container so the fries were very mushy. The alfredo sauce was COMPLETELY and disgustingly separated and very chunky almost like it was sitting out for a while. The pasta was about a handful of pasta, not nearly enough even for a child when it brought back inside the manager was snide and very rude, saying thats how it was supposed to be.

While the food was fine the service was rush, rush, rush rush. Had dinner alone during a business trip on a Tuesday night while the place was half empty. I questioned the waitress why she was pushing for a dessert decision in the middle of the meal - the manager politely explained that is was Olive Garden standard proceedure to "push dessert" during the meal not after the meal and wine. I would have preferred a more relaxed pace, especially given how slow the night was going.

We had a big party and called ahead for seating the hostess said I would have to talk to the manager but they were really busy and he would have to approve us coming. After a long wait I did talk to the manager and he was more than accommodating even though he couldnt promise a 6pm seat he was happy to help us! When my inlaws arrived before 6 they were able to get seated no problem! The two servers we had were awesome and took great care of all of us! Thank u so much!

Our server Robin was the BEST!!! I never like service from beginning to end but she was just wonderful! Also the food was great! Saturday before 5pm is definitely the very best time for food and service as far as staff here! I was very impressed and so was my boyfriend who usually complains about this restaurant due to past experiences! They really have some great staff here!!!

It took over 40 min to be served.party of 4. Food arrived cold for 3 of us. Manager appologized but we left hungry after an hour. We were so busy talking that we hadnt realized untill other tables were getting their food. Waitress was okay but they should have approached us to inform before we had to flag them down to check on the eta of our dinner.

I rarely eat at chain restaurants, but a customer wanted to go here. Everything was near perfect, cleanliness, attentiveness of the staff, everything was exceptional. The screen at the table is out of place and annoying, but thats nitpicking. Food was instantaneous and delicious. I had the chicken picata. High marks, good job.

Franchised Italian fare, with excellent service and my favorite bottomless salad bowl. Often crowded at peak hours. Reservations recommended, or be prepared to wait a half-hour or more in very close quarters with increasingly hungry people. Take home a bottle of their salad dressing, one of the best Italians around.

Its like Italian, but not. Hostess and waitress pushed hard for the tablet at the table to order apps or drinks or play some games. I understand this comes from management which takes orders from corporate, but I just want to enjoy some mediocre Italian-ish food. Salad and breadsticks were "da bomb" as usual.

This OG is worse than usual. They managed to screw up my to go order and I only ordered two meals. Dining in is just as bad. Crappy service and the food is horrible. Salad looks as if its days old, breadsticks kind of burned and hard. Will not be patronizing this particular location again

Having lunch with my girlfriend before she flies out to Arizona for the weekend, wanted to get some neverending pasta bowls with chicken gnocchi soup and breadsticks. Our server was pretty awesome (Jack) checking on us regularly and doing great food was awesome too!

Who doesnt love the Olive Garden? The location is clean, the service is good, and the food is quite yummy! On my last visit, I sat at the bar, and still had good service for my drinks and meal. Heads up-there is usually a wait for a table during prime hours.

This is definitely one of the worst Olive Gardens in the area. Service is always poor period every time we go here it seems like our waitress is always disappear for long periods of time. Expecially if youre ordering soup salad and bread sticks.

Least favorite Olive Garden. The service is always slow, and the restaurant is always loud. Update: Visited again today 6/7/17, and we waited a very long time for our food and we couldnt even have a conversation because it was so loud....

Although our waitress was great and so was our service olive gardens food went WAY down hill, it wasnt worth the plate it was served on very disappointing , best part of dinner was the over priced wine, and not having to finish the food -_-

My waitress was awesome. Alot of my noodles were not aldente. They were hard...not cooked. My chicken in the Alfredo was delicious...very tender. Salad was awesome, soup was delicious. My take out order shouldnt have come with my meal.

Theres a lot of new waiter. It was busy the food was good, but had to ask for more salad dressing & more meat sauce for the spaghetti. I dont like dry spaghetti. Had to wait on refills too.

Good came out cold. Not warm cold. The waitress said the manager would talk to us. The manager came out with a microwaved dinner set it on the table and walked away. Very very disappointed.

Be advised do not share your soup or Salad. Some waitresses will not serve you a second soup or salad if seen shared the first time. Had a really bad experience.
