They ALWAYS give you a hard time with coupons. Which is crazy for the little amount of coupons they have out there. This was my second coupon for free snack size wings for my birthday. First they said they needed me to print the email out (even though there was a code to use). After doing that on a different day the manager came over and studied the email as if trying to find a reason not to take it. She said the coupon is for dine in only. I told her if she wanted me to eat them at a table I will but I would hate to take a table and waste a servers time. The manager did say she will honor it "THIS TIME". This is the 3rd time I have had coupon troubles here. First was a coupon when I signed up for their emails and the 2 birthday email coupons. I love the wings but the CUSTOMER SERVICE (ESPECIALLY MANAGERS) IS HORRIBLE.

My girlfriend and I went to eat at B Dubs because they advertised buy 1 small boneless get 1 free. After ordering we waited 45 minutes to receive our food, and we found that they doubled the order so we ended up paying the full price. I expected to have a small order and have the other free, and what surprised me was we were never asked what size of drinks we wanted. The servers were good, but the food, drinks, and wait time were not worth the price.

How can you possibly charge that much for a wing? 20 years ago, wings were fed to starving people so they didnt go to waste. You should be ashamed to be apart of this franchise. Evidently, many stupid Americans continue to buy your wings at that price. Your supposed to be known for your wings, but they are the smallest and most expensive wings anywhere in Ohio. Hope you are making lots of money, it sure is not from me or any semi normal person.

Advertised 60¢ wings. Only after the fact did they tell me that it was only the boneless wings. Service was horribly slow. They shorted me on change. When I asked for the rest they hastily gave it to me without apologizing. I had no problem leaving a 10% tip. Only after I got home did I realize that they automatically put an 18% tip on my receipt and I now left a 28% tip.

I used to love BW3 but today I tried ordering and they now refuse to add sauce to wings if cooked AT-ALL over regular time. I normally used to do this with normal orders and now I will never eat there again. Only reason is last time they did this without telling me upon pickup and the wings were terrible!

Theres one worker i think her name was cera sucked very rude rolled her eyes when our drink was wrong i watched her walk into the bathroom on her cell phone i had to wait 20 mins for service and she only came to check on us like twice the whole time we were there

This is a franchise bw3 that tries to limit the amount of sauces that you can order when buying more that 6 wings. If you order 12 wings with 1 sauce or 2 different sauces its the same amount? On top of that Im a paying customer who cares what sauces I ask for!

Out of every bdubs ive ever been too this one is the worst in service and the trashiest. Weather you are calling to place a take out order or dining in you deal with the snotiest employees. My food has always been terrible. They need to get with the program.

Service was horrible. Food was cold and not fresh. After leaving began feeling ill. Went to hospital and it was food poisoning. Called the manager and she said it takes 48 hours for food poisoning to show symptoms. Will not go back here again

The food was ok, but they would not accept our Our Town & All Around coupon, so we ended up paying twice as much as we were planning. Thanks! Next time, we will be going to our local franchise (Avon Lake), they always accept our coupons.
