Had coupon for what was Christmas week. Didnt realize they were closed on Sun., which forgot was Xmas day; intended to go then. Came 26th and some jerk assistant manager refused to use it. Even said, honestly, that I am currently very under employed and the coupon was a godsend for me. Spoiled rich brat who clearly has a silver spoon in her mouth, has never fallen on hard times, that kept repeating its policy like a mindless machine, and that her superiors would find out if she did this. Hopefully karma will get them. Numerous places Ive worked we wouldve honored this. Nice food, horrible people. Clearly to be avoided like Walmart if they treat people this way!!! Great holiday spirit, scrooges!!!!!

My experience is much the same as the review left by John White and I agree with everything he said. The employees reflect badly on this location. Its not the ingredients, but the preparation and services that are lacking. Ive not come in here once in a year that the coffee wasnt empty and once again I came on this morning with only three people in the restaurant and I had to scrape the bottom of the coffee pot for the last cup of dark roast.

Friendly staff! I ate here with my energetic two year old, and as soon as we walked in the staff was so friendly to her, she even made friends with the girl at the register, she was very energetic and they didnt mind her running in circles by the register, frustrating for me, but it was a nice peace of mind to know they were understanding and so friendly!

Bad employees. I feel like they only care about the drive thru. I will be waiting at the cash register for almost 2 minutes until someone takes my order. They see me there too, the one girl will just keep sweeping the floor. This has happened almost every time I go there. And I go every time between college classes, so a lot

This restaurant offers exceptional service just as you would expect from a Panera. The only reason I gave it four versus five stars is because it is rather small. Finding seating is sometimes a challenge. On the other hand, they do have a drive-thru and offer order-ahead pick-up, which are both very convenient.

I ordered a flat bread turkey sandwich and had very, very little turkey on it. It was ridiculous. I thought about complaining, but didnt want to get in a confrontation with the manager. Will never return to this Pantera again. Wife had a puny salad, it was 17 bucks! Never again!!!
