Overcrowded my of my meal was made sloppily the fountain drink machine wasnt wasnt filled correctly it had to just show up running out no no carbonated water and then they had I wanted iced unsweet iced tea all they had was sweet tea out and Im a diabetic so I cant drink all those sugary drinks the service was adequate at best the dining room was I did not wipe down trash on the floor and no one seemed to care I realize that it takes people to get out I own my own business and do what it is it needs to be done to take care of your business but when the food comes out slowly put together barely on the on the on the tacos and then broken and crushed before I even get it and then my burrito was not folded correctly so it was running out of the paper before I was even able to open it up write your own business out of out of -1 other than that Taco Bell

I am Sick and tired of nobody taking responsibility. The main entrance to this Taco Bell has had road damage/hazard for quite some time and because of the rain I was unable to notice the pot hole on the ground.. Now that Ive hit it Ive realized its deep enough to break my bumper and cause some underbody damage. I tried to speak to someone and I get a response saying I need to contact corporate. Im not sure if the person is new or not but nobody is going to take responsibility. I submitted a contact Me form online and Im demanding action... I will contact an attorney if this is not resolved.

Im sorry but why hasnt someone for corporate came down. its either management or store training but just giving people a job over good service is no excuse. This location never gets my order right....man i rather honestly go to a Mexican family taco cookout to ask for a plate... no disrespect but at least ill get whats served on the menu even the location around this have better food funny thing its the same company?!?!!? Smh #whereisthecustomersstandardsanymore busy or not just do your job training!

Sometimes they are okay, but today was not. Mobile ordered and still waited for 10 minutes. No hard tacos, freeze machine wasnt working, no Baja Blast. Employees arent helpful, if you see someone waiting, its probably for a reason. Told em I was waiting on my strawberry freeze.. "Oh, our machine isnt working". Okay, so offer me something else instead of just staring.... Ill drive out of the way to go to a different one from now on. Laaame!

I just bought food for my husband and I for dinner. I ordered a beef chalupa no lettuce and no tomato - yet they make mine with tomatoes. I dont understand how the cooks can screw up your order. The food is practically already made! Just read the darn screen and put the food together! Thanks taco bell for screwing up my dinner!

If you want poor service come to this taco bell. The staff if you can call them that wonder around the kitchen and ignore you if you are actually trying to dine in. I usually get good service at Taco Bell but not at this location. Thank goodness for the Taco Bus where you can actually get service.

S L O W E S T Taco Bell ever. Absolutely ridiculous. They are always out of stuff also... No sauce, no forks, no napkins... Not just one time. Frequently. That is bad management to consistently be out of something.

By far the worst taco Bell Ive been to ever. Everytime I go they dont have a lot of items on the menu when they do have it itll probably be stale or theyll mess up my order. I like taco Bell but after moving here this is the closest location and I avoid it at all cost.

Sat in the line for 30 minutes and finally made it to the window.I had to sit there for 10 minutes while I was waiting I looked in the window and noticed a guy smoking inside while he was cooking food. The bad thing is he was smoking above the food at the same time!!!

Was met and greeted at the entrance by the manager who held the door open for a fellow male even though I was far from the door. Ordering went great. Food was hot and to expectations. Would come here again and more often due to the customer service.

Got 2 burrito Supremes, 1 nacho bell grande and 6 taco Supremes. None had sour cream. No meat on the burritos and so little meat on the tacos I would be embarrassed to put them out to a customer. All was to go. Needless to say, Im not happy at all.

The wait in line for the drivethrough is always insane. Ive skipped this place over quite a few times as a result. The food is exactly what youd expect, but the service is just too slow, even with online ordering.

Manager didnt know what "Fresco" meant. Staff was not really polite. I would go again, but hopefully at another time so we could get polite staff. Ill update this if I go again & have a different experience.

Perfect when you use the phone app to order so that your customized orders are done properly. I just wish their machines were not down every single time I try to order a freeze or other frozen type drink.

got served hard and rough chicken in both of my burritos i come here once or twice a week and atleast once a week i will have a problem with the food ,sometimes its better on different hours

They offer vegetarian options when asked. The food tastes amazing and fresh even though I doubt it is. It is a bit better than average in the fast food department.
