Be careful at this location. I just went here about a month ago with my mom and my kids. And she paid with cash and was due change, but she just mindlessly sat down and did not get her change or receipt. When we left she was upset that she didnt have her receipt for points she gets with it, so I tell her its easy for them to just print one as Im a cashier and know how it works. When I came in and asked the manager on duty if I could have my receipt she was on the phone acting busy and weird like she is hiding something. Then she has the cashier hand me my moms receipt with her $2.63 change that the manager never gave her. Ok so I know how this works she can later go back to several tickets and take drinks off and pocket the money. She is not to be trusted. The cashier was so confused when that manager said o-yeah she forgot her change too. We were literally a foot away from her in the lobby why didnt the manager say mam you forgot your change and receipt? She is a thief and my mom was mad and wanted to go in there and ask her, but I said she will lie cause thats what dishonest thieves do they lie. Management needs to look at cameras on this girl she is shady.

Today at around 3:00 im hungry late lunch I order a meatball sub and the other employee a guy starts making it. After I paid the cashier girl goes over to the guy preparing the sandwich and all of a sudden the both start lauging very hard and look up at me. So i was thinking ok they r joking around. Well, then I decided to pay more close attention. They are both Glimpsing at me while making the sub. After a moment they were done making the sub the girl walks it over to me and she never gives me eye contact and she walks away-and theyre both standing behind the counter. So I kind of look at them and theyre both looking waiting for me to eat the sandwich like if they did something to it. This made me feel very uncomfortable. So I got up and threw my sandwich away-and then they both looked at each-other and giggled. They didnt even ask What happen d why I threw the entire sandwich away? What do you think happened there Maybe a booger flew in my sandwich? maybe they spit in my sandwich? I dont know but it was very strange and it made me feel uncomfortable.

WOW. All I have to say is that the workers here are amazing people. Today, I so idiotically locked my keys, wallet and phone in my car and the workers here went completely out of their way to help me. Good genuine people. I just want to say THANK YOU Firehouse Subs on Bloomingdale. We will definitely be returning. Of course, the subs are delicious too. Thought Id mention that too :)

I went last week, having never been there before. I ordered the New York Steamer. Great sandwich, it was very fresh. The service was fantastic. Eric, one of the supervisors there, was exceptional in his hospitality and friendly spirit. Got my food in 4-5 minutes and was impressed by the speedy service and quality of my meal.

Food was great as always, but drink machine was out of many flavors. When we ask about refilling the flavors we were told they were out and their deliveries would not come in until Monday. I would think being out of drinks or the next four or five days would not be good for business.

Our subs had items we didnt ask for. They had to prepare them again, and when we opened them at home one still had onions that werent ordered. Also, the coke machine was broken!!??

Sunday crew doesnt know what cooked bellpepper looks like. First time I had them remake it they didnt even put vegetables on and 2nd time they still used raw bellpepper.
