Its ok but I waited more than a few minutes while employees walked past me preparing orders for the drive though and checking the steam table and not one said a word to me or looked at me. Someone could have said we will be with you in just a minute or something. The food was ok. I had the meatloaf which just tastes like it contains unknown ingredients. Its meat and some other stuff loaf. The woman behind the counter made my plate when she finally came out of the back of the restaurant but forgot my cornbread. I asked for the cornbread and she apologized and got it for me. Gotta have that cornbread, its the best part of the meal! Ill go again and hope for faster service and not order the meatloaf.

Just AWFUL!!! First time ever and my wife and I will never be back. Arrived at 5pm on 1/31/16... Dinner time. Food in hot bar looked old and dry. Ordered the chicken breast sandwich and red potatoes... Wife had chicken sandwich and squash casserole. Red potatoes were so old and cold I lierally spit it back out after a couple chews... So NASTY. Hoagie roll was old and hard you couldnt chew it. The the wifes food was the same. HORRIBLE. JUST ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

I havent been to a Boston Market in over 4 years. I was craving some of their cornbread and mac n cheese. I received the order from the drive through and went about running a couple of errands. I thought it smelled a little bad and figured it was just that "fast food" smell. How wonderful it was to open up the cornbread package and find a half smoken black and mild stuffed in there with it. Never go to this establishment.

I stopped at Boston Market to pick up lunch for the ladies at my office. I ordered the meal for 4 people and much my dismay we did not receive the best part of the meal which to all of us is the corn bread. I called to see what could be done but unfortunately not much could be done to help us today. We had to start a meeting so I was unable to make the return drive out and pick up the missing items. Very unhappy!

I have ordered from Boston Market on several occasions however they have been slipping a lot lately. The portions have gotten smaller and it seems as if the sweet potato casserole and never has marshmallows on it anymore but a couple nights ago they had ran out of chicken a hour before close. Most of what they sell is chicken so you can probably understand my confusion either way wont be back for a while

The food is okay but I will never step foot into a store where I see the staff getting treated so horribly. An old woman cut off a girl serving me, and when I asked to speak to a manager she gave me attitude. I had no clue the woman I was asking for was right in front of me. Ive worked in the food industry and that kind of behavior should not be tolerated, especially when its a General Manager.

We went to try out the new Chicken Marsala entree since it was being heavily advertised. The marsala sauce was pretty good, however that was basically it. The new dish is a sauce /gravy poured sparingly over your choice of meat or mashed potatos regularly served at Boston Market. Had I realized this was the extent of the new dish, I would not have made the effort to check it out right away.

So I said meh, the bad reviews are just the few bad experiences a handful of ppl have had, overall Im sure the food is superb. I just threw up. I purchased a meal today, and the old food coupled with the moldy tasting soda caused me to purge it all out of my system. In my adulthood I can list a handful of times Ive puked. This is insane.

Excellent food, but I had the worst experience I have ever had with a professional person (if I could call her that) with the manager here. She responded extremely rudely to a routine question and halted any further conversation. I really could not believe that she had a customer service job.

This Boston Market is no good. Workers obviously dont care about the product theyre putting out. If youre really craving Boston Market you should definitely drive to another one, or better yet, go grab a frozen Boston Market meal at the grocery store.
