I had a server named Nancy, and she was the worse. She was not friendly at all, and had the nerve to talk about us to another employee. Of course, the employee looked right at us. Maybe I wasnt drinking my bottle of wine fast enough that I was not allowed to take with me. The GM didnt understand why I couldnt take my wine when it could be re-corked! I have $45 in gift certificates that Im scared to use, and Ive had them for over a month. Ive been going to the TGI Fridays in Reynoldsburg, OH for years, and have always received outstanding service.

The Sprites were watered down and we had to get them replaced. It was not busy when we came in (party of 6) yet our food took almost an hour to come out. We ended up having to get it all to-go because we were on our lunch break. Dont come here if you have to be anywhere within an hour or two because youll be kept waiting. An extra star because our poor waiter Jordan was very good and had to keep making excuses for the kitchen. Dont know whether its short staffed in the kitchen or if they just dont do anything.

The bartenders name was Kevin. He was completly rude and a jerk. After ignoring us for five mins before I finally asked him for a menu, he then continued to ignore us. Thank god his fellow bartender, a young pretty girl wearing a skirt came to our rescue. I didn't catch her name but she was a real sweetheart. Point is, if u sit at the bar, think again if this jerk Kevin is there. GET A TABLE!

The Jack Daniels chicken is always a favorite. My waiter enrolling me in the stripes program was great and I have gotten a free app everytime I go. Im disappointed that not all the waiters ask if youre in the program to get the free chips and salsa and sometimes I forget. The whiskey cake is always great for dessert but quite pricey.

Very dishonest people. I asked who seemed to be the manager right at the door if alcohol is used to cook their steaks and she said, no. So I went and got my family in from the car just to be told by the waitress (who we really appreciated her honesty) that all of their steaks are cooked with alcohol products.

Service was not good the bartender helped everyone else at the bar asking if they needed anything and i could barely get my order taken let alone a glass of water sorry i cant help but to think it was because Im Black (maybe/maybe not) either way service not good

8-4-17. Horrible sevice!waited forever for order to arrive. Had an appointment that i was almost late for. Server was rude when i said something about it. I will not come to this place again. All we ordered was appetizers! Horrible!!!!!
