I have had multipal times with horrible experiences. A while back I witnessed a cook go out the back door blow his nose and wipe it on his apron and go back in the kitchen. I also saw a server that was sick and sweaty take a towel that she was wiping off the table with and then wipe her face and continue to wipe the table. And most recently I went to eat and I ordered a soda and so did my friends. We got our soda and were waiting to order. When we went to drink our soda it was so salty it tasted like the ocean. I had the server take them back and she said she knew that it might be salty. She said she can get sweet tea because that wont be salty. Although the ice still was. When she returned we let her know we decided to not have dinner anymore. So we requested our check for our tea. She brought back the check that still included the sodas on and we proceeded to pay. Unsatisfied I asked the manager at the cashier why they would serve soda if they knew it was salty like it was. She responded saying that we did not know. I asked how you could not know because I saw several people return their drinks in the few minutes I was sitting there. She said very rudely that I just went down stairs and fixed the problem. Me thinking how could you fix it, you just told me you didnt know. I asked why she was having an attitude with me because I was being curious and was not rude. She said that i dont have to be arrogant and say something and If I dont like it dont come back. Well I just want to say I wont be back, and I will tell several people that live here not to go either. I guess thats what you get when your manager is white trash, and only has a job because she sleeps with the owner... Shaking my head...

Dont get me wrong, food was not that bad but just the overall experience was not the best. Stood in line almost 30 min just to sit. Waitress was in a hurry to get to the next table and rushed away without making sure she had orders right. Took about 35 min to get our food. Did not get everything I ordered and had to wait another 10 min for it. Found a hair in my food, waitress did take care of it off the bill. Was charged for 2 coffee when only 1 person ordered, waitresses did not hear drinks correctly. Had to ask for more to drink even though waitress seen nobody really had anything to drink. Also it is very loud since there is so many people and not enough seats. Pancakes were huge but they were also a bit over cooked. First time here but will probably be my last.

It had been about 21 years since we lived in Deerfield and had eaten at the Circle Restaurant, and we made a detour on our way from antique hunting in Akron so we could stop in for supper tonight. They had re-decorated the inside, and it really looked nice...a pleasant atmosphere means a lot to us in a restaurant. Anyway, I had the Farmers Breakfast, and my wife had the special, which was Lake Erie Perch with 3 sides; then we had blackberry pie and an apple dumpling for dessert, washing it all down with nice smooth, hot coffee. EVERYTHING was delicious, fresh, and hot. Very pleased with the friendly, efficient wait-staff. Only 2 waitresses on duty, but they were really moving! Definitely will plan to stop there on our next trip out that way.

Waitress wrote my order wrong. She even said what I ordered back to me and came out with something I didnt order. And that order was overcooked. She just walked away and didnt fix it. The visa machine was down. They also charge $2 extra for sharing food! Bogus! The management was completely rude to us as well! And not to mention they served the people who got there long after us and got there food way before us and we have been there for 40 minutes or more. Not coming back, this resturaunt is nothing but a waste of time and money!

The server was extremely nice even though she was clearly a bit overwhelmed! She handled herself with respect for her customers patience and she was sweet, apologetic, and considerate. There were some items forgotten but she handled herself well and made it clear that she was more than willing to provide us with anything extra we would like to request! I believe she was a bit new as well! I wish I could remember her name but she was blonde with a petite figure and very gorgeous!

Ive been to the Circle on many occasions in the last four years and I cant say that Ive ever been disappointed with the food or service. The selection is great and you sure wont leave hungry. In all lines of business, especially the restaurant business, things happen infrequently that cause someone to have a bad experience, but between my family and friends, we have had hundreds of meals without being let down. The Circle is a great place to eat.

Circle Restaurant is always a great place to eat. It is closed due to a fire at this time, but hopefully will reopen soon. I’ve been coming to this restaurant for over 20 years and have never had a bad meal or bad service. Everything about this place, including the service, the quaint location and the dining options are amazing. I pray that it reopens soon and will be back to normal operations. Waited over 40 minutes while others who came in after us were served. Food was undercooked. Service was terrible. Management was rude and did nothing for us when we complained about the length of time it took to get our food. We had to be somewhere else and had to take a sit down dinner in the car and eat it. Unless you are a local/regular, dont go to this restaurant. They obviously dont want new customers.

Wife, kids and I stopped in and had breakfast on the way to the lake and wow after one of the wheel sized pancakes you need to wait 3 hours till you can swim and if you get the biscuits and gravy bring a cooler because I am a big guy and a regular size helping is what I make for the family at home. Great little hidden out of the way place with real "Home Cooking"

This is a great local eatery that is on the middle to somewhere, but still in the middle of nowhere. It is enjoyable country style food that is provided by great staff, tasty, and affordable. The perch, when available, is very good. It is just a nice place to try something out of the ordinary. If you are in the area, and hungry, give it a try.

Server was very overwhelmed with all of the tables she had. She was still very sweet and got us everything we needed. Food all came out correct and was very good. The lady who came around to "help" by taking drink orders didnt smile once. A friendly face always helps to make a wait a little easier...she did not help.

I visted the circle two days in a row. The first day the staff took forever to get my food. I counted 35 minutes to wait on fried food. I figured it was just a bad day. Went back the next day and waited nearly 10 minutes before just walking out because nobody came to even ask if i had already been served.
