I just visited for the first time :) ❤️ I usually dont because its always busy but drive-thru was very speedy. My order was perfect the fries were hot and the girl at the window was very sweet. I stepped inside because I wanted another Sundae but instantly the young lady at the window rushed to the counter to see if anything went wrong with my drive-thru order... While I was parking a lovely older couple steps outside, And the young lady in the dining area walked out after them and ask them if they were leaving so soon and wished them a good day and told him to be safe she was extremely nice ! While inside I got my Sundae very fast which I really appreciate because I was on my break for work ! Best experience ever at a fast food place in this area !!!!!!!

Drove 20 minutes to this DQ because it is the closest one to us. I ordered a smores blizzard and my boyfriend ordered a Reeses blizzard. When we got them and started eating mine turned out to also be Reeses so I went back in to explain the issue. The girl making the blizzards was rude and the manager came over and basically yelled asking what the problem was. All the employees were being defensive saying theres no way they messed up. They remade it but not without showing their irritation. Uncalled for and immature. Then when I got back in the car and tasted my new blizzard, it was just ice cream. No mix ins. Wont be returning to this DQ.

It was a very frustrating experience I could not understand the gentleman working the register it took at least 10 minutes to order three items then the fries were very cold as I asked them to be cooked fresh so I had to wait another 4 minutes to get fresh fries other than that the place looked as if it was clean but the service was horrible!!!

Its ok. It seems to be hit or miss on portion sizes for food. At least one item is missing or messed up when we go but they are always quick to correct it so I cant complain. Seating area is clean and the bathrooms kept up with. The place is very busy around lunch time and hard to find a parking space so skip it if you are in a rush.

Worst DQ we have ever been to. Ordered a banana split blizzard only had two pieces of bananas and a few pieces of fruit., also ordered a peanut butter cup blizzard with extra peanut butter cups had barley any almost all vanilla ice cream. This is second bad experience here sanford is much better!

Watch out when you go here. The customer service is horrible. They actually took a blizzard that was made wrong and that I had eaten off of to the back, added ingredients to it and put it back in the machine. They then gave it back to me to eat. This is completely wrong.

Ice cream is amazing but I only give it 3 Stars due because I brought my little one to the rest room and I found no changing table. But, womens rest room does have one. Whats up with the double standards!! Not cool!

Visited this DQ to redeem a coupon for a free dilly bar. Refused to honor DQ coupons stating they are an independent franchise. I Love DQ, but wont be visiting this DQ location again.
