First visit for a late lunch. We ate at about 2 pm on a Saturday. Great friendly staff. You have to Purchase bread as an appetizer, the Bruschetta was amazing. I think they make their own bread and pasta. The only negative was that the yelp reviews are correct - they dont like to modify their dishes at all. Our friend wanted a pasta dish without veggies and they simply said No. When she said there was nothing else she wanted, the waiter then made a suggestion and she was able to get the plain pasta and he charged her less. So that was good. We did have to ask what some of the dishes were as most of the menu is in Italian. But the waiter was helpful with that. We will return!

HUMMMMMMMMMM, I keep hearing the word "authentic", this food is NOT authentic Italian. I am Italian and this is NOT authentic. The meatballs are frozen processed meatballs with no flavor at all. They tasted like gray matter. The pasta sauce was thin and mostly flavorless. I recommend they spend some money on their tomatoes and use something from Escalon. We had to ask for cheese for our pasta, which as an Italian that is always on the table and fresh ground at that. Also, the cheese was at best a mid class Parmesan and not Romano as I like but that is a matter of taste. The pizza dough tasted processed as well, but I could be wrong. NOTHING SPECIAL HERE, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

We recently moved to the area and we love this place. They use fresh, high-quality ingredients to make simple Italian dishes. This is one of those rare places that is both our regular neighborhood choice for a night out and the place we bring friends coming in from out of town. The service is always fantastic. They do not have a kids menu, but they are great with kids. Youll see families sharing a pizza and couples here for a night out. For something truly indulgent check out the Nutella pizza for dessert. While they dont have it every night when they have Sangria, order it. Finally if you want something more traditionally Italian order there carbonara its delicious.

It was my first time entering the restaurant as I have heard many great reviews about this place. Food was good, dessert not so much. Our server mentioned some specials, but we went with the pizza. Had a good experience with my server, but then my husband and I heard a manager yelling at all of the employees. We were trying to have a peaceful dinner and all we could focus on was a bell ringing from the kitchen and a manager yelling at his employees. We felt so bad for our server we had to ask if everything was OK. We were astonished at the fact that one could treat their employees in such a distasteful manner in front of customers.

We visited Piazza Italia on a Wednesday evening. Here is a summary: - This was our first dinner experience - We were four of us and were seated with a warm smile by Fabio - ordered Gorgonzola salad which was outstanding - we had a pepperoni pizza which reminded us of pizzas we have eaten in Italy during our trips there - Also ordered their pasta special which was a delight for pasta lovers - the tiramisu was out of this world Most importantly the service was excellent. The father/son combo of Amelio and Fabio made us feel very welcome. They were wonderful hosts. Will most definitely visit the restaurant again.

I read the rave reviews and was very disappointed. We ordered the chicken parmesan which was subpar, or should I say submerged as the plate and sauce were so watery that the chicken ended up being soggy. I then had a slice of their Margherita pizza and as I lifting it, everything slid off. Again, soggy crust. Our server was nice, and it wasnt her fault the food was disappointing. I didnt send it back because I was afraid of the owner who was walking around.

I have taken my family there many times and my wife and kids love the experience. The food is excellent and better then anything I eat when I was traveling in Italy. It is tradition southern Italian cuisine. The cost is very reasonable for a great meal. I suggest a glass of wine and get the desert. This restaurant is the first one on a very short list we will consider taking friends and family who visit. This is a 5 star experience.

Amazing food. The pizza is to die for. Getting only three stars due to the service. It was beyond horrible No attention to the table what so ever , drinks where never refilled, checked on the food as we finished the last slice of pizza. I dont think I ever has been so upset that I have pulled a server aside to tell them about their lost opertunites before. Lucky for for me they do take out and that is what I will do from now on.

We ordered for take out today, we placed 2 orders of chicken Alfredo and one order chicken Parm. The chicken Alfredo was plain not very flavorful and barely had chicken, close to 21$ for each plate not worth it at all. The chicken from the chicken parm was very tough the only plus was the sauce was tasty. But the fact that the chicken was so tough made it hard to enjoy. We will most likely not be ordering from here again.

Walk in to the smells of a wood fired pizza oven and wonderful italian food. I had the calamari for an appetizer. Nicely seasoned so that each bite was good with or without sauce. The spaghetti alla vongole was tasty, At least 10 clams were in the bowl with big slivers of garlic. The cannoli was OK, the filling was not as creamy as I wanted but still perfectly fine. A little on the pricey side but a wonderful meal.

The food is excellent, the atmosphere very classy. The best part was that I was able to order something that did not appear on the menu and they made it deliciously, with an excellent presentation. Their pasta is home made and perfectly al-dente. I could hear voices singing in Italian coming from the back of the restaurant. All in all, my daughters Birthday celebration was delightful! I will go there again.

Stopped here with the family on a whim and we loved it. This is the closest youll get to real Italian food in most of Central Florida. You can tell the food is made fresh and with great ingredients. To top it off, the owner and server serenaded the outside seating area with an Italian song. Its kinda pricey, but still cheaper than how much they charge in Italy.

My husband and I went for lunch and greatly enjoyed our meal. His pasta was perfectly cooked and my stromboli was delicious. We had Tiramisu for desert and I do not generally like it but this one was perfectly balanced and light. The staff is friendly and the overall atmosphere was delightful. We will definitely be going again.

Everything is delicious! Highly recommend the gnocchi, pizzas (the one with prosciutto, arugula, tomatoes, and Parmesan is my fav), Chicken Parm, Chicken Marsala, expresso, cappuccino, and all the deserts.... Specifically the Tiramisu. The staff is so friendly. Love the Italian music. Ive been there every week since they opened.
