Tonight was our third time dining at 310, and we will not be back. I made a reservation for 8 at 7 PM. Once there it all went downhill, we were seated in a far corner room, in the adjacent room there was a very large party in progress. It took sometime for our server to greet us and then even longer to take our drink orders. We placed an order for an appetizer & the kids orders. Twenty minutes pass and she came back to mention, "there is a party of 80 in that room over there so its going to be a little while for the food" .... REALLY?!?!?! 1, she could have been a tiny bit appologetic 2, how can a restaurant book a party of 80 and not be able to accommodate the rest of the diners orders? Finally at around the 30 minute mark the kids food and appetizer came to the table (a food runner circled our table 3 times prior to figuring out it was ours). 10 minutes after that we were notified that the grouper special that was ordered was no longer available. Another 15 minutes and watching our entrees circle our table twice they finally made it. The food was mediocre at best. We also had to flag down the server several times to refill our drinks. Then, to finish an awful dining experience off dessert... We ordered one dessert (toll house cookie + ice cream) and two orders of vanilla ice cream. The cookie came out fairly quick, but not the additional ice cream orders. When we brought it to the servers attention, again no apologies, she came out with one bowl and two scoops of ice cream (it was suppose to be for two people - not sharing). Overall, we left very disappointed and I felt guilty for recommending 310 for dinner with our out of town guests. Prior to leaving I looked for a manager because I wanted to notify them of our experience no managers in sight. We will no longer recommend 310 and will not be back.

This restaurant received two stars only because the other person in my party said they "preferred" tomato sauce from a jar. Dont waste your money or time and youll need quite a lot of both. The restuarant doesnt know what it wants to be. There is limited inside seating, with the most comfortable seats surrounding a bar. The decor includes some lame coffee shop signs, plastic greenery, and an oddly placed football helmet. There are large screen televisions in the bar area tuned in during my visit to daytime soap operas. The service personnel seemed more interested in the shows than the patrons who were seeking them out to receive their check. My server was pleasant, but I dont wish to be called "baby" by anyone who isnt my mom. I ordered grilled chicken with what was supposed to be spinach and red peppers. I didnt bother with the green beans after one bite. They were just frozen vegetables, puddling on my plate. The chicken breast was obviously quick frozen, then grilled slightly. It was stringy and tasteless. The spinach and pepper were fused together, and again these were tasteless. Both meals cost $18.00 plus. Neither were diner worthy. When a restaurant has a trivia night, that should be a clue that alcohol may be their biggest draw.

Hoping to have a enjoyable evening with my son and dinner after a great event downtown, the bartender switched my beer thinking I would not notice. Tried to put an orange slice in a non-blue moon maybe thinking I would not notice and then when I confronted the situation, she claimed first it was that there were no other blue moons cold and then when I asked why didnt you just tell me, the story immediately changed to she read the ticket wrong. At that point, I just left the beer on the bar and sat back down. I also did not get the water I was promised at first so I sat there trying to eat my meal with no drink. Sons soda was watered down and he said that to me even before the beer issue but I did not say anything about that. All that they had to do it tell me. Instead they tried to slide it past thinking I would not notice and then I got two different reasons. So disappointing. More disappointing because it ruined my meal with my son after such a great night before we arrived.

Would not recommend this place for large parties. I made a reservation SEVERAL weeks in advance with as much information as possible so the restaurant would be prepared for a party of about 20 (i.e. have the tables set up, have enough servers scheduled, and whatever else restaurants do to accommodate large parties). They also called me multiple times to confirm the reservation (to the point that it got very annoying). I arrived late (completely my fault) but several members of my party were on time, and the table was never set up so we could all sit together at any point even when the entire party was present. My party had to sit separately, and even those of us that were able to sit together— we had to move the tables ourselves. There was only one server for our entire party, which resulted in mediocre service. The food tasted good, however myself and several other people in my party complained of stomach pains later in the evening and the following day. Not satisfied at all.

This place had a great atmosphere the lighting was nice for a date night and the food was delicious. The waiter was super nice and super attentive. Drinks were ok, mine was to heavy handed and my moms was not enough alcohol. Because the staff was not very busy they were all hanging out together two booths down from us. They were super loud almost to the point of being obnoxious and rude. The bartender used foul language several times as she was talking to another server about her personal life. Would have been a 4 star if it wasnt for the load staff I can handel drink problems but you kinda made an amazing restaurant trashy with your trashy mouth.

Usually when you ask for ice tea it has the key component of ice mine had none. The blackened fish sandwich was way over spiced. Didnt fit on ciabatta should be on a softer bread offering. Our waiter left and did not inform us. The place was dead on a Sunday evening. Out of 10 I would rate it a 4.i own food establishments in Boston and would let the waiter go.

I have been here 10 times. This place has never fail. Food is always spot on, the special today flounder on wild rice and broccolini was perfectly cooked and tasted fresh. Service is great and yes it is a bit oddly builded but it has a really nice bar top and nice bathrooms. Best food on this side of town.

Overpriced. I ate at 310 Lake Nona with two colleagues. No one liked their food. My fish and chips was without flavor. The french fries were quickly limp and cold. My associates both had the hot Italian sandwich and neither finished their meal. The smoked salmon was good and the service was excellent.

I have eaten here several times and I have been happy with my experience. The restaurant has a spacious feel and the outdoor seating is always nice, when the weather cooperates. I feel that food consistence is a bit off for certain dishes, but otherwise their food is great.

The cook, cant say chef, was amazing. I ordered a blackened fish sandwich. You would think explosive flavor but my sandwich was bland. The red onion was the dominant flavor...absolutely incredible. Good concept, poor execution.
