Each visit to this location is as frustrating as the previous one. The Fetching Mrs. Rat, daughter Rat and I come here 1-2 times a week, Sunday morning and Wednesday evening. One constant, THE COFFEE IS NEVER HOT! Everytime, we have to ask them to bring out new coffee. It seems after 6:30 pm, the food selection is sparse. A couple of weeks ago, I ordered a "Pick Two" sandwich and salad. I ordered the half sizes. I was charged for the full size salad and sandwich. There was no pick two discount. I didnt realize this until after taking my order back to the table and TFMR commenting that the sandwich and salad looked big. Last Sunday (3/5/17) may have been the final visit. The three of us walked in with no one ahead of us. There were three staff standing by the register, not one of them greeted us. One of the girls kept coughing into her arm. She never washed her hands. After ordering three coffees and three pastries they gave us the pastries in one paper bag. We previously told the girl that we were dining in. The three pastries were, cherry danish, shortbread, and a pecan log. Since the cherry danish hand cherries on it, the shortbread and the pecan log had cherries on them due to the close quarters in the bag. Oh! Guess what! THE COFFEE WAS NOT HOT! Yes, we had to ask them to bring out more coffee. One other thing, the girl who was coughing into her arm, coughed over the pastry trays. Yes, it was nasty. I again realize that this is in Canal and the only other options are fast food, but that should not be a reason to rest on your laurels.

Terrible! I have gotten a cab salad at Panera for years and they decided to replace it with a nasty cab salad with leaves so hard it feels like you are eating grass outside. They "updated" their menus changing 80 percent of it to a different salad. I guess while doing so they lower the portions too because we came home with salads half full. This was not worth the money I paid at all and Im not going back. Your new menu is horrible! The flavors do not make any sense being combined together and the people working at the drive through did not take their time explaining the new salad being made with completely different lettuce. They seemed annoyed that we didnt know what to get and were not helpful with picking through the new menus. Needles to say my salad went into my trash!

Your canal winchester location in ohio has been the worst experiance! We came specifically for the french onion soup, which they said they discontinued it. Then we order different items which is fine, but then they were out of french baguettes , so we had to get chips, then they were out of the cup sizes we ordered, then out of the chicken noodle soup we ordered, as well as the bread bowls. Then out of coffee, i mean who can run a good buisness without any of the things on your menu avaliable! I will not be back, my husband had not been to a panera bread in a while and asked me if it was worth it to go, i said yes, and regret my decision, if i could get back my 26 dollars for a meal i didnt want thatd be great.

On two separate occasions on a Friday a week apart, I came in and ordered the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad. When I went to claim my salad, the staff neglected to put chicken in my salad. I had to bring this to their attention on both occasions asking where the chicken was. I complained to the manager and she agreed to talk to her staff and would send me a coupon for my trouble. To date, I have NOT received my complimentary coupon, and I seriously doubt they talked to their staff who by the way are young, unconcerned about their job, and dont give a darn whether they get the order right or not. They are poorly trained and dont seem to care if they get it right!

I ordered a tomato mozzarella flatbread and a ginger plum hibiscus iced tea. First of all, the tea looked nothing like the picture- the color of it was so faint and it just looked like dirty water. It had no flavor to it whatsoever. Very disappointed. The flatbread wasnt any better. They didnt even have the courtesy to make sure all the tomatoes were actually INSIDE the flatbread. As for the mozzarella, there was only one piece of cheese and it was off to the side. For something that has the word mozzarella in its name, at least make sure that theres a sufficient amount of it. Im never coming here again, and Ill make sure to tell others the same.

Poorly trained employees. I came in and ordered a box of pastries for our group and the employee stacked all of my pastries on top of each other instead of fanning them out in the box. Employees there look very young. They were milling about and I asked them if someone was going to wait on me.

ordered a greek salad with lettuce and cheese only..... Hoping you know they would give me dressing since it is a GREEK SALAD. Guess they took it literal. I love people with common sense and I really love paying for a salad, thats already overpriced, but when its wrong its a waste of money.

I like this place because it offers free WiFi and a good place to relax, however, the cashier forgot my order while I walked off a bit, not a big deal but its first impressions that count. Also, their food is a bit pricey but the atmosphere is comfy.

Have been in here a few times, and every time has been slow and often rude service and lackluster food. I want to like Panera but ultimately I just cant bring myself to and in turn, I would not recommend this overpriced slop to anyone.

Customer service isnt the best. I came in and the women Tarryn at the front looked at me and didnt speak nor did she help me then after a few mins tells me someone will be with me and walks off which is completely rude.

Ridiculous!! $10+ for a tiny little sandwich?!! Is this a joke?!! Please avoid this and all other Panera Breads at all costs!! They have found a way to legally steal your money!! Do not go!! Not at all worth it.

I never complain on these but just stood there for 20 minutes for half a sandwich and soup that I called in. AND they messed up my order. Nice ladies that work there though.
