I had family come in from out of town for the holiday weekend and after a long day we call an order in and was told it would be 20 minutes. We arrived in 15 minutes and were told we never placed an order. After all the confusion was finally cleared up not only the wait staff Sarah but the manager Katie both were very rude. 30 minutes after receiving our food Sarah still hadnt returned to take our payment. This is the worst customer service ever. Over an hour for a to-go order. I will be calling the corporate office on this location and these two individuals. I would advise you to steer clear of this location (Easton Town Center)

Me and my girlfriend came into have dinner. We both sat down and got our drinks ordered and apps put in. But we sat there for 30 mins with no drink, apps or our orders taken. Eventually the server came over and said our food would be right up and took our menus. I politely said "we havent ordered or got our drinks yet". She apologized and said somebody said they would do it for her because she as busy and they never did. Long story short the manager sean took care of our meal and we still tipped the server $20 bucks because it wasnt her fault. This was a good experience and they really care about there customers.

Very Corporate place. Super large selection (good or bad depending on who you ask). Burgers were okay. The variety of toppings hide the fact the patties are somewhat tasteless. Patties can only be well done or medium well. Unlimited fries was a nice touch but first batch came out coldish. Try out the poutine fries for an appetizer, something new and interesting that was surprisingly good. Server was great, and people seemed helpful to take plates away and refill drinks but initially it took some time to be greeted and then get the check. She was oversat and is understandable.

I had a terrible experience today at Red Robins. The waiter was nice, but she messed up my order twice I understand it was a busy day, but twice is to much. My girlfriend sister was waiting on a container for 15 minutes despite another waiter had to bring it. I didnt mentioned that I made contact with the waiter and she made eye contact with me then she left. I so mad I left a tip on my card because what I spent was not worth it. I probably will not go back to Red Robins again. The sandwiches had to much sauce on it and the egg burger almost made me throw up.

Called and orders food for pick up at the Easton location. Told it would be 15 to 20 min. We get there to pick it up waited about 15min. Then they tell us they dont have our order placed. So we placed our order and waited. Then they only had half of our two dinner order. Talked to the manager all he could say was sorry but we are really busy. I told him this is a business and he is running it poorly. Needless to say we wont go back. Now my sons card is tied up with the order we didnt get. They didnt even give him his meal that was already made. Crazy service

Ive always loved Red Robin. But today, first I was disappointed as I missed all the customer loyalty rewards I guess. All ended in May. But then.... lousy service, sweet potato fries were Cold not just a little warm but cold. Wedgie burger was just okay. Lots of lettuce. Took my favorite burger the DGB, with sundries tomatoes off menu! Got charged for a game we did not play and had to wait a bit again... to be taken off bill. Dropping $50 for 2 adult burgers and a wimpy childs meal should be better than this. Very disappointed.

Always enjoyed Red Robin, however our last few visits have been a disaster. Yesterday was our last time. Took 55 min to get our meals. My chicken was not completely cooked. It was dirty, floors were discusting. Food has gone downhill. Our waitress, instead of setting our food and drinks in front of us , slid them down to us from the end of the table. It was quit an experience. The Polaris location is MUCH better!!! I think this Easton location is on the way out by the looks, food and interaction of employees.

Edit:since the relaunch of RR it is not as family friendly as it once was which is a big let down. The food is great still but kids and family are no longer their focus. Be careful with their tablets. Once you use it there is a fee automatically added to your account. This place is usually packed, especially on the weekends so plan ahead. A great tasting burger and the kids Mac n Cheese comes with 1 refill. They will even let you split 1 order between 2 kids. Bottomless fries and Broccoli too.

Ive always had good service here and the food always comes out great. It hasnt disappointed me yet and Ive been coming here for about 5 or 6 years. The burgers are delicious and there are so many to choose from, even down to the types of buns. My favorite is the Royal Red Robin with the Jalapeno/Cornbread bun. Unlimited steak fries and seasoning to go along with them at the table, Ive never gotten more fries, but I use a lot of ketchup... make sure to ask for an extra bottle of ketchup

First time was more then disappointed in the service and even more the food my daughter was as well . I sure hadnt missed nothing waiting as long to eat there . I could of spent the same amount but been satisfied at another burger place .And told the manger and showed him the problem because I only took 2 bites of my burger that wasnt what I ordered but he didnt do anything to make this customer satisfied how do they choose the management here ?

The hostesses are complete assholes. My wife, daughter and I waited 33 minutes after being told 20. During our wait, multiple parties of four were seated. When I asked the hostesses why the wait was taking so long, they were extremely rude and told me that I was hallucinating and we hadnt waited that long. When I asked why others were seated first, they smiled and said no reason. Will never come back to this place.

Great food ...but my kids food came only after I asked and my husband and I were almost done with ours..came back a few min later with our check and then had a hard time paying our.bill be the computer thing wasnt left and they ignored me walking by..I Have ate here before way better service ..just.dont come when super busy they have a hard time keeping up..

Clean however they are out of things, batteries are dead in the ziosks, all water out of sinks in bathrooms is hot, no chalk for the chalk boards and wait staff overwhelmed. Looks to be poorly managed. Fire manager and try again. The food was not normal Red Robin quality not sure if was because it was served cold or just sub par.

Red Robin is painful like a Donald Trump presidency. You get ripped off, everything is really disappointing, and all the plebs keep telling you how great it is. Everything is so overrated. They tried to do this unlimited fries gimmick to bring people in, but steak fries get old really fast when youre given like three at a time.
