I placed an online order @ the Town and Country location for 4 bowls and the order was supposed to be ready at 7:30. Upon arrival I was greeted by the cashier paid for my order and proceeded to wait. It was approximately 7:45 and our order was still not ready 15 mins after the set pickup time. I was told by several employees that our order was almost finished he is working on it now.. I was some what confused because I never saw the person working on my order on the front end of the store or on the line at all... I did not walk out of Chipotle until 5 mins after 8.. I had to be at work at 8:30 but I was less than 10 mins away from my job as to why I chose this location. Heres the kicker everything on each bowl was completely disgusting from burnt fajitas to cold (like he grabbed the stuff out of the refrigerator from the back) and unseasoned chicken, the rice was also cold.. Ive been in the food service industry for some time and there is no way the hold temp for hot items is supposed to be 49°(yes I have a thermometer in my car) Im not sure what the problem was, but Im highly disappointed with this experience... Please get it together Town and Country Chipotle...

A couple times i bought food from this location and my rice wasnt done and I called and talked to the manger and the manger said "come in when ever you want and we will replace that one and I will right your name down" I came in the next week the manger said " your name isnt on the list so you will have to pay for it" I yes I went ahead and paid for it! Now today I bought 3 chicken burritos For my family and I and we all got sick !! And me personally began to throw up the food and blood. And no I didnt call to there location cause there not going to do anything about it. But I did call corporate and the health food department and voice my concerns ! And NO I dont want a free meal I just want there staff to make sure there cooking everything properly so other customers wont have a bad experience like I did !!!!!

Great flavor . Not great amount of rice . The typical amount of rice is like 1 scoop bro . Not cool . Then when we politely ask for more rice , we get like a tea spoon more . There is PLENTY of room to fill up the entire bowl , not even just with rice but with chicken, toppings , etc. We dont want to pay $6.50 for 10 bites . We go to work , school , etc. and we come hungry . After each meal here , were still hungry . The service here used to be great but over the last month or so , it has gone downhill pretty fast . I see all these chipotle add trying take up my pandora to advertise for really good food , which is good , but if its gonna distract my music listening time , at least give me a satisfying amount so I dont waste my time listening to your ads. I went in there and the line wasnt long so I got excited. I finally get to order and the guy said, "what do you want?" and just came off very mean for no reason. so I tell him i want a chicken burrito, he kept saying, "what?" like he couldnt hear me when i was already yelling. ugh. so then after all that, he puts not even a spoonful of rice and chicken on my burrito, i asked for more, and he just acts like he cant hear me. then i finally get to the cash register and the girl put the wrong burrito in the bag and then when i tell her what she did wrong, she gets pissy with me! i was so glad to get outta there. What a horrible location. No people skills what so ever! Im never going to that location, EVER!

My fiancé and I needed a quick late night dinner after a VERY long day. We had such an awesome experience at this location. It was close to the closing time and typically we hate being those people who come in the door late minute. Nevertheless, our stomachs were growling and the staff made us feel right at home. We had had such a bad day and the entire staff was quick and efficient with serving our food, not to mention lightening up our moods and treated us like gold. Thank you Chipoltle, you are amazing!

Always get the worst customer service at this location. All the employees there always has an attitude when fixing my bowl almost like Im taking away from there familys. when I ask for more thry YELL you mean double like I cant afford double or something when they didnt even put enough in the first time. Or if I ask for fresh rice because I dont want the bottom of whats left they get mad like Im sorry I want my food fresh. Never willl go to this location ever again.

Ive ate here every single day for the past 4 months, at least dinner, a few times I ate lunch and dinner, the service is great, the people know me so I dont even have to tell them my order, when I walk in and walk up to the glass they just start making my burrito. Never got sick, never received an attitude from the workers. The workers there know my family and if they arent with me they ask how my kids are doing. This is the only Chipotle I prefer to go to.

this chipotle is one of the last ones that split the burrito packing it full of ingredients. no skimping here. staff is young and friendly always someone new but practices are consistent and solid. gotta respect a chipotle that doesnt skimp on ingredients which almost feels like the norm anywhere else now. this on and the west 5th Ave Chipotle and south high street are the only ones I go to now.

This location is my one of my favorite places to eat. Their food is always amazing, the restaurant is always clean, and the staff is always friendly and quick to help. One day I ended up with a forgotten bay leaf in my rice. The manager apologized for the mistake, explained its use for flavor, and replaced my entire order on my next visit. Im impressed! I eat here at least twice a week!

If youve ever been to any other Chipotle, youll know why this one is insignificant in comparison. Initially the staff was totally careless and unexperienced. Ive been here quite a few times and things seem to have slightly improved. Seemed to be more of a management issue. The interior is quite close-quartered, but ive noticed they are never too busy and there is always a short line.

This Chipotle is consistently the worst Chipotle I go to. If I didnt work close by, I would never go back. Barbacoa is often fatty, service is usually slow and unfriendly. They always act like im putting them out when I ask for extra beans or a tortilla on the side. Pinto beans are always bland and overcooked. Avoid if possible and go to Easton or Capital.

This chipotle stacks up well against any chipotle Ive ever been too. These young teens are great at customer service and know how to make your food well. They are sufficient and very quick when placing orders. They hate t get behind and work well even with the most difficult of customers, even when busy.
