The service here has severely been on the decline these past few months. As I wrtite this review, I sit in the Panda Express parking lot waiting for going on about 15 minutes now, for Grilled Teryaki chicken that was supposedly only going to take 10 minutes. Nevermind the fact that I have to return to work at a reasonable time, but this seems to be the standard here nowadays at this location---running out of food. Especially close to closing time and on the weekends. If you close at 10, and its only 8:00PM and the only entrees that you have remaining rwual that of 2, then what is the purpose for you to still be open and serving food. The lack of a mature presence to keep the young employees on task is sorely missed. Sad too, because this use to be one of my favorite spots.

My mother and I visited this Panda Express location a while back. The food was hard and greasy, and the woman who prepared our food and rang us up charged my mother for extra food for no reason. She also tried to charge me extra. She put about 8 or 9 pieces of Orange Chicken on my plate and I politely asked for a bit more. I always have Orange Chicken for both of my entrees and chow mein as a side. She stared at me for about 5 seconds and then told me that she could add a little more, but anything else would be extra. Ive been to Panda Express many times, and I know what a decent portion size of food looks like.

I ordered online today for an 11:15 pickup. Requested fried rice, sesame chicken, and rangoon. I showed up 10 minutes late. My food wasnt ready and I was informed that they dont have sesame chicken. Im okay that the food wasnt ready, b/c that means it wasnt sitting out of the warmers for a long time, but I dont understand why I wasnt told they were out. Seems very lazy on the part of the workers and I hope that the manager is notified. I subbed teryaki chicken, which is okay, but my rice is really dry. The rangoon is disgusting. I do not plan to return. Maybe Mark Pis down the street is better.

Let me first start by saying that I LOVE panda express. The food is so good. With this particular location they like to stop making food an hour before close. That is ridiculous. They close at 9:30... Why when Im walking in at 8:25-8:30 Im being told they are out of certain foods already? That is a lie. These lazy people just want to stop cooking the food. That is a whole hour of sales that they are messing up. Absolutely disappointing. Really hope the owner of this location, whether being franchise or corporate owned, looks into this and takes action asap.

Ordered from their online site 3 times. Each time there was some reason for our order to not be ready. First time didnt have any rice made. Second time were waiting on chicken to finish cooking. (???) Third time lost the order (about 8 receipts sitting just below the register...wonder how it got lost) and once they found the order, didnt have any brown rice. No attempt to compensate for any of the above issues. ("Rangoon for your troubles?") Second star solely because the food was decent. Customer service though.....wont be a fourth visit.

I was slightly underwhelmed by my overall experience at this Panda Express location. The service was nice and friendly, but my food fell short. I ordered the "2-entree plate" w/ Chicken and Green Beans and Beef and Broccoli. While the entrees were satisfactory, my fried rice side was served dry! As if it had been sitting out for a while. Some grains were visibly hard. How can you mess up fried rice at an Asian-themed eatery? Ask Panda Express.

great food, great staff, huge portions, i eat here often for lunch. dont get much work accomplished afterwards due to the massive delicious fresh portions. I can honestly attribute 25lbs on me to this place. This place has turned into a meet up for my crew at work. alls someone has to do is text the panda emoji and we are scheming ways to meet up here. great restaurant.

Horrible service.. I love panda express food.. but this location is the worst when it comes to service.. over cooked food, dry noodles, less quantity, no sauce with side dishes.. and if you went 30 minutes before their official closing time... expect to get only limited items which is not sold through out the evening.. huh... :((

People here once you get to know them make it feel like home. the food is always fresh when i come in. They make sure to inform you of quality and ask if you like to wait. Accuracy of orders is on point which reinsures you of the food you received. Just a good experience going out to grab a bite for lunch.

I here often for lunch typically very large portions. Typically very tasty. Decent price for the size of food in the plate which is rice/noodles and a choice of two reg entrees. The premium entrees cost more. I dont get the premiums.

I had a great experience here. I stopped in, got my freshly cooked food, and was out of there in under 5 minutes. The staff was prompt and friendly. It was only a sample size of one, but I wouldnt hesitate to return.

Customer service ok but the tereaki grilled chicken was raw & without flavor, makes you feel like you want to throw up. Great job offering brown rice but it was hard & tasteless. Just crossed Panda Express off my list.

They asked if I would like to add egg rolls so I said yes. Paid for my order and she told me it would be 5 minutes for them to cook and to pull to the side. Well it was 8 minutes and no apology was given.
