I have been going to this Burger King ever so often for a few years now. When I first started going, I would go in to order food as I usually do when I start to frequent a new restaurant to make sure it is clean. It seemed clean back then and the service was friendly so after a while I got comfortable enough to start using the drive thru. They have never gotten my order wrong and the service continued to be friendly. Today I went through the drive thru and ordered a Whopper w/o mayo and a med fries. The fries were a bit too salty as they were the last time I was there a few months ago. I always look under my hamburger bun and I looked under it this time and everything looked fine. I start eating the burger and it taste fine until I get over half way done. I take another bite and it taste weird so I look under the bun again and move the lettuce around some more and I see some black stuff hidden well under all the toppings directly on the patty itself! I smell it and it smells foul! I looked real hard and tried to identify it and couldnt. Needless to say I was disgusted and threw it away along with the rest of the fries! I will never go back to this place again and dont recommend it to anyone! They should be closed down and I will be contacting corporate regarding this.

We showed up there after a party around 2:30am... and the lady was all like sorry technology issues... were closed.... when they do not close until 3am.... they were rude, in a hurry and Im sure their technology was just fine! They just closed early and would not serve us so they could leave quicker... I used to work in food Im not stupid I know how it goes to want to leave early.... honestly that is just wrong... Im dissapointed and will not return anymore.... and dont get.me started on that black girl kensy she is super rude... how you can have someone that rude working there is beyond me... she has the nastiest attitude and needs to be fired ASAP.... corporate will love hearing my message....now my go to place will be tacobell since theyre interested in my service at least and beyond friendly. ❤

Stopped by about 3:30 PM to grab a late lunch/ early dinner approximately 2 guests ahead of me and 3 people behind me. The 2 guests ahead of me had to wait an unsual long time for a whopper jr meal with nuggets whch is one the featured meals for the current promotions. I ordered two whoppers a medium order of fries (which ended up being a mix of French fries) The guest ahead of me expressed concern cause he had to get going . The manager on duty came across with an attitude like he could really care less - He gave a canned response " we are working on it " worst experience that I ever had at a Burger KIng going back to 1967.

I wish I could rate this place a 0 because a 1 star is giving this location way more than it deserves. They have the worst customer service and the worst quality of food I have ever had in my life. I have been going to this location my entire life and it is disgusting how awful they are now. The night staff are beyond the worst people in food service I have ever dealt with. Its a joke when your food is wrong and they refuse to answer the phone. I live nearly next door so explain to me how my food is frigid when I get home. This place needs to be closed down! They are so so so so awful.

The last 2 times we actually walked in.....we saw so much filth on the counters, floors, serving areas...etc. We decided we would go out of our way to go to another Burger King or the competitors instead of taking a risk here again. To bad the management person is so lazy on the night shift around 8 PM. I used to work as a shift manager at night and my Burger King was no way that nasty and we were definitely busier.

I love this place this is thr only burger king that i know of that does this some of the employees dont even know you have to ask for the manager. if you know how to order you can get great thai food it is all in the way you order if you want curry you ask for your french fries soupy with chopped chicken and aide salad mixed in.. it is the secret menu you will change your life

how hard is your job, second time Ive been here and short food that I ordered and paid for tried to give them another chance but can only take so much stupidity..and no I dont want to drive all the way back for nuggets that you probably did God knows what to it is not just this place but all the fast food in St clair shores suck except taco bell

Left a message with my phone number since nobody would pick up the phone when i called over 5 times.i work midnights and didnt want the food at my own job so My husband went to get me a chicken sandwich . it was half raw and NOBODY has called me back. Still have the reciept and the picture guess i have to go to corporate

I waited for 10 minutes before someone took my order in the drive-thru and then when I got up the window to pay I waited for soneone to take the money to find out they gave my order to the car in front of me so I had to wait even longer for them to make it and bring it out to me.... Never coming here again!!!!!!!

Third time there in a year. Each time they had trouble with coupons and handed them back to me and said i could usr them on next visit. They need to train staff! Like the chix sandwiches but no sauce on them and one time they were burndt when i got the bogo.. just a bad xperience.. the staff does not care!!!!

The service was nice and fast but far as the this being a BK with a play scape it sucks its free entry but it sucks the old one they had was bigger and more to do this new one they got one way up and a slide nothing else terrible Micky Ds play scape is killing theres I thought this was a competition!

I am sitting in the restaurant posting this. The manager named Patrick is a HORRIBLE manager. Very rude to his employees and customers. Screaming at his employees in front of every customer, giving my mother and I attitude for asking for ketchup packets, thats just very unprofessional.

Worst Burger King in the area. Patrick is the worst manger I have ever had to deal with!!!!! Waited 20 minutes for some to bring out my order, go inside no one has a clue. Patrick could care less. Never going there agin. I would give negative stars if I could.

just tried to serve me a crossant with just cheese no sausage just cheese thank god i drove all the way to work before i checked and no recipet in the bag probably the last time i will go here thanks for the frustrating morning burger king
