Roly Poly used to be on our regular lunch rotation at work. Over the last few months, the quality of the food and their service has been declining. (3) of our items were missing last time. Our order today was a hour late, with our order being placed over a hour advance. I wouldnt mind if I was told in advance so we can plan around it at work, rather to wait. When we called twice, we were told the same thing both times..... "the driver JUST left" twice. Once our order arrived, the salads being half the size of what they are normally. Roly Poly is now retired from our lunch rotation.

Very friendly staff, but sad to say the sandwich was terrible. I had the Buffalo Chicken. The onions were not sliced, but rather peeled and then used as solid pieces... very hard and thick. It was like taking a bite out of an onion eating this wrap. The chicken, there was not a lot of it - but it was extremely soggy. As if boiled or canned? I had a few bites of this and then gave it to my dog. The two stars are for the staff at this place. They really were wonderful - and extremely friendly... especially the lady behind the counter.

This place has been a 5-star joint for years, until recently. Not sure what happened, but a bunch of new people are here now, and the quality of service & food has dropped dramatically. I always place orders ahead online, and lately the orders arent even printed to be prepped when I arrive. Im always ok with waiting if I arrive early, but to now consistently not even have my order started, thats a complete lack of competence. The food had gotten worse as well...I hope this gets fixed soon.

If i could post the picture of my sandwich i would but i i ordered a smoked turkey breast whole and the only thing i got was supposedly 4oz turkey (which in reality is like maybe 3 slices of turkey) my whole sandwhich was lettuce. The title for for any sanwhuch should be veggie wrap. This is worst sub place i have ever been to. Also theyre broccoli soup is watered down so they could feed the late night people. 0/5 for anyone to go here is the worst decision on ur part

I have ordered here from work before and can say Im a fan of their "sandwiches" (technically wraps). My go to wrap is the #10 which is the California turkey, turkey breast with bacon and avocado and a couple of other things. They make the wraps fast and they taste delicious, I would highly recommend this place.
