My family and I have been to this establishment many times. However one day my five year old sister refused to eat there so we bought her chicken tenders from another establishment so she would remain calm. The rest of my family were going to eat at the establishment. No one came to take our orders and when they did come they said that we had to leave because my sister wasnt eating their food. We tried to explain that everyone else was going to eat there but they refused to cooperate. We asked for a manager and the manager stated that "an intelligent person would know common sense not to bring other food into someones istablisment". We were furious and very disappointed on how this situation was handle.

First off we ordered and my daughter salad had brown lettuce in it then I asked the waitress if I could get my wings extra crispy she stated that on Friday, Saturday, and I believe Sunday after 5:00 p.m you cant order extra crispy so I asked for the manager he came and I told him about my daughter salad he redid her order but when I asked about the wings he said no extra crispy after 5 due to the volume on those days so I called the Richmond location and I AM GLAD TO SAY AT THAT LOCATION EXTRA CRISPY EVERYDAY EXCEPT TUESDAY NIGHT THATS THEIR WING NIGHT I GET THAT, THATS NOT A PROBLEM. Then at aurora a customer behind me had the same issue. I wont be back there. BACK TO RICHMOND WE GO.

Overpriced for the quality of the food and very disappointing. First of all, the website was not working properly and wouldnt let me order on my phone. Once I switched to PC it was working sightly better. Secondly, the website declined my card once I went to pick the food up. Once they swiped my card, it worked fine. The warm sweet wings food were cold - ice cold. They did not taste good, and they didnt taste sweet... They tasted sour. Thankfully the salad was good. Id also like to add that the management at this particular Buffalo Wild Wings is very poor from previous experiences. Overall, I paid $20 for a crappy meal for two. I would not recommended.

This place is going down hill! It used to be good but whoever is cooking now sucks and the cleanliness is horrible! Wings where cold and dry, The floor under the table had crayons and napkins and old food everywhere. The waiters and waitresses are lazy and not friendly at all! They also stand outside smoking and dont check on there customers. My water was empty the whole time I was there until I saw my waitress come in from a smoke break! The manager looks like a fat slob plumber! Wont ever go back!

This is our favorite location in this local chain. The quality of the food has improved over the years, particularly the salads. I find the restaurant clean every time and the bathrooms are surprisingly nice and usually very clean. The chicken tender salad has evolved from a wimpy bit of iceberg and a few veggies years ago, to a gourmet salad with fresh vegetables, quality greens, and a garlic toast.

This is a great BW3s location. While I miss the days when they actually bought and were housed in non-cookie-cutter locations, this place is one of the best of the new variety. They have a good sized bar, high ceilings and lots of room. They have plenty of parking too. Easy to get to via Rt 43. Dont miss the outdoor patio - perfect for doing a fantasy football draft!

Always enjoy eating here. Fast, friendly service and one of the only chain wing restaurants for a good long ways if youre in the country. Nice for a date every once in a while, but the cost of wings and drinks definitely add up. Go on a wing night, its much cheaper!

I used to love this place, but my most recent experience might be my last. Wings were poorly cooked, not sauced well, and server was inattentive. Could let these all slide if the restaurant was slammed, but it wasnt crowded at all.

Nice size BW3s. Very nice patio. I ordered a short beer but got a tall, and ordered regular wings but got boneless. The waitress figured it out and didnt charge us extra. Food was out fast for apps but slower for wings and salad.

I was rather disappointed by the wings. I havent been there in a while. This time wings were really big and not cooked well. The wings had very little sauce and were nothing like I remembered. The price was also extremely high.

Place is ridiculous they wont make wings extra crispy. Funny how when I go every other Buffalo Wild Wings they have no problem making what the customer wants. I guess these guys dont care about repeat business.

This is a great place to go if you want to watch sports, grab some pub food and drink some beer. They have so many huge screens with sports it is crazy. This is probably the best sports bar in the area.

Buffalo Wild Wings has something for everyone and lots of TVs. The service is good, the drink selections are plentiful and Im a big fan of the wings and sauces. The wraps also are very good.

This restaurant, while busy, and loud, is exactly what its expected to be. The food is delicious, and for being a sports bar, the atmosphere is spot on. Always love going here!
