i am a regular customer to buffalo wild wings chain ( BWW) , since this newly opened branch is close to my home , i thought i should try it and the four times i have been there were horrible experiences. to summarize: 1-the waitresses that take the to-go orders are very very unprofessional. the four times i placed an order to-go, i never got what i asked for. each time there is something missing or wrong, i dont understand it, do not they have good attention span for 5 minutes to get an order correctly ?? . In addition ,they way they handle themselves and treat the customers is as if they are hanging around in the hood and not serve the customers 2-i believe a new restaurant should try to attract people by providing good service. in all the times i placed to-go order, there are no tissues , no plastic utensils, missing ranch ...i cant understand that. where the hell are the supervisors the last time i have been there. my order was missing something. and when i got back to the girl on the counter to ask for what is missing, she asked me to show the receipt. It is your damn fault and instead of correcting it you are accusing me of stealing.. i barely held my temper . i was going to throw the meal in her face and just leave... the problem is this kind of attitude is repetitive not just once ....please, provide basic customer service training for people before hiring them in summary , this place is a disaster and i will never go there again . its a disgrace to the BWW chain

I usually dine here and have pretty good service but I guess last night I ran out of luck. I ordered a lemonade which tasted like syrup so I opted out for a Shirley Temple instead. When I received the drink, it was not sweet at all so I asked for a water instead because whats the point of drinking something gross and paying for it in the end. The waitress seemed annoyed that I wanted another drink but brought it anyways. She never asked me or my guest if we wanted refills for the rest of the night. When she brought out our food one of my mozzarella sticks fell on the table after she tilted the platter in the wrong direction. The waitress grabbed it and returned to the kitchen where I thought she would replace it. She returned back to the table and I asked her where was my mozzarella stick and I kid you not she said "Oh, you wanted another one?" WTF really! I paid for it! Yes I want another one. It was not like I dropped it!! I couldnt wait to get out of there. She brought one mozzarella stick out about 15 minutes later. No apology or anything. I will in the future avoid this place and the waitress Sharae F. by all means.

Yesterday February 18 ,2017 1:00pm ... I went to eat to this place with my wife and she forget her wallet ... we pick up today February 19 at 10:30am with not her $140.00 that the one who return her wallet stole it .. WHERE IS your nice and kind people... The worst place to go... The person who give her the wallet said I dont know they give it to me today... I dont know nothing WORST GETTO BUFFALO WILD WINGS YOU CANT eat super disappointed thats .... We not from Ohio so disappointed about that people who not respect others property.. We was in a basketball tournament ..with kids that $140.00 in this times is a lot... Im going to be calling big corporations about you guys just to let you know . .about your employees magics fingers...

I love Buffalo Wild Wings. But I must say I will never return to this location again. The manager "Randy" was very rude and came off very racist to my party of four. Our food took 45 minutes to arrive.All the wings we ordered was cold. In most cases youre offered your food to be made over.Well he just came to our table & started grabbing our food & didnt even bother to ask if we wanted it made over. The servers thought it was funny they stood around laughing. One waitress told us we werent the first ppl to say the manager seemed racist. This is a problem. He even told us the food was supposed to be cold & that they recycled wings. Whatever that means. Very poor customer service. A lot of stereotyping

The worst service I have ever received and the worst meal I have gotten from a BW3s. Food came out cold. The wife ordered the Buffalo Mac n Cheese. The kids version that we ordered for our daughter had more food. Fries werent even warm. I asked for a refill when she brought out dinner and I got that when I received the check. The chicken sandwich and the mini corn dogs both were disgusting. The Mac n Cheese wasnt cooked all the way. Noodles werent even done. The manager just stood behind the wall when I went to get our refills. I dont want a discount or a free meal. I just wont be back to this location.

The hostess was not friendly upon arriving and sat 6 of us, all grown adults, at a four person table. Another waitress came and moved us thankfully. The service was exceptionally slow considering our orders consisted of all fried food and the restaurant was not busy. Prior to entering, a worker stood at the front door smoking, threw his cigarette on the ground right in front of me, walked in and let the door close behind him when I was only about a foot and a half away. The staff was just not polite and courteous. Will not be visiting this location again.

We ordered a medium sized traditional wings by phone, we were told it would take 15 minutes. We showed up 15 minutes later. Once inside I had to wait a whole other 15 minutes for the food, while they couldnt even tell me how long it would be until I got it. They had no good excuse for why the food took so long, they were hardly busy, and even if they were they should have given a more accurate time. I was very upset with them. Update: They contacted us and accommodated us well. Thanks!

I went here today and received by far the worst service i have ever had in my entire life for one the manger talked down on me like i was not even a person then proceed to tell me that they would not remake my food and that i had to pay for it or else while standing over me in a threatening matter i will never ever spend my money here again i suggest everyone never eats here they GM and the manager i believe are racist please everyone share this post so everyone knows never to come here

Our party consisted of three adults & three children under 5. The waiter got our order wrong and expected us to just take it, when we refused it took 20 -30 minutes to get the correct kids meal, and it came without the fries. No refils. We had to ask another server for sauce. He mixed up the orders on the tabs. We paid it how it was anyway just so we could leave. Worst service ever... Although looking at other reviews, i guess that is normal there.
