Dont go here, more on that later. The staff are pretty nice and I appreciate that. Now time for why this place is terrible. The place is extremely filthy to where you feel grime and stickiness all over the floor. The place smells terrible and to top it off the food is also awful. The meat tastes like dog food. The dessert was so stale it hurt to crunch on my teeth. To top off insult to injury, I got sick off of what I ate and that is why Ill never return here. The bathroom is also a digrace. The service takes so long that the foods cold by the time you get it. If you want real food, go to the other places that might axtually offer something edible.

Ever since this store went through an "upgrade" ... they are really, really slow. If I see more than 2 cars in the drive through line, I go to the Chapel Hill location ... which is much further away ... especially after I went to this location first. Ive seen multiple cars pull out of the drive through line ... even after ordering. I was one of those people. Really sad, this used to be a pretty nice location.

Im not going to "RATE" this location on food - if youre headed to taco bell - you already know what it is. As for delivery of product - Ive been inside once (BETTER) and through the drive-thru twice. Inside would get 3-3.5, outside (drivethru) is meager at best. Issues with timeliness (Im usually through there at a bit after 8pm), and accuracy. Unfortunately - there just isnt another one nearby.

Dining room is open times 12am so they lock the doors at 10:30 and put a sign up an hour later saying its locked all while at least 4 employees sat in the dining room with friends just shooting the breeze while the restaurant had a drive thru line backed up all the way to the entrance to the parking lot 30 minute wait for cold food why the wait if the food was cold I ask?!

Its pretty that everytime i come here the soda is always out...Im also pretty sure they water down the food. Another thing thats needs improvement is the hygene, half of those employees look very greasy and I think they wear the same uniform everyday, they arent clean and are very wrinkled. This place needs improvement...

If you want to get food here the best time is between 2-4 pm. Once late-night rolls around youll get watered down meat and beans (although thats when all people want taco bell-- their cruel joke) and if you go early in the morning or before lunch rush youll get yesterdays leftovers...
