I had to at least select 1 star to submit this review, however, if I could give negative stars I would start with a negative 10!!!!! We visited the Fridays on a Wednesday evening around 10pm. When we entered the place we should have turned around, but I was being an optimist. The restaurant wasnt busy so we took a chance. OUR MISTAKE!!! We stood at the door for what felt like forever to be seated. Once we were seated our server (Carla) came over to ask about our drink order and food selection, initially it felt as if she were being officiant, but it ultimately it ended up seeming to feel more rushed to feed us and get us out...it was all completely downhill for from there. We ordered the all you can eat appetizers $10 ea. a glass of wine, some beer and other beverages. The bill total was $42.09. We gave the young lady a $25 gift card and a debit card for the balance. $42.09 less $25 leaves a balance of $17.09. However when my credit card receipt was brought to the table I had been charged $65.91?????? The sever tried to explain that the amount had not been charged to my card, but I assured her that the funds had been made unavailable in my account and proceeded to show her that the amount was now a "pending" transaction on my bank account meaning my funds were no longer available due to her gross error. She then asked for my card again to fix the error. I asked her to provide a receipt to show that the transaction was cancelled. She instead brought me a new receipt for the $17.09 and the check closed ticket (which means that the table had been closed out from further charges. It wasnt what I asked for). I asked to speak with the manager. This took several more minutes as Carla went to the back to get the manager and then even came back out to carry out some other task for someone else and still no manager. When she passed our table for another trip to the back I expressed to her that the manager needed to come and see me regarding this matter and my patience were running thin. At my request then comes unprofessional, bad attitude Sandra. Now mind you I have every reason to be upset and concerned because Fridays, under the lack of supervision by Sandra, has tied up $48.82 of my money. I told Sandra that I wanted a receipt to show that the charge had been reversed, cancelled, refunded whatever. She told me that she couldnt do anything about it and that the charge would revers back to my account tomorrow. I told her that I was there now!!! today!!! and wanted something showing the error had been reversed! I told her that I wanted documentation just like the receipt that was produced showing $65.91 had been charged to my account. Her lack of concern for my misappropriated funds added insult to injury. She did however offer to write a note on my receipt. Who in the hell am I going to give a note to???? The gas station attendant is not going to pump my gas on a note from Sandra stating my funds will be reversed!!!! Anyway, long story short I left this deplorable establishment over charged and outraged!!! I will never and I do mean never go back to this Fridays again. Theyve closed so many other nice stores in this plaza they need to close this dump and fire Sandra!!! She is a poor example of a leader and has even less skills when dealing with guest complaints. The interaction did not end well at all and I definitely let her know that!

For starters the place was ok from outside. Inside we were seated by a hostess who looked like she was not happy being there and had an attitude about her that was not appealing but I decided to bypass it as ok she is just having a bad day. Our server was nice, took our order in a timely fashion and all. Was not happy they do not have blt, root beer or even onion rings on the menu or a way to make them. After waiting for our appetizer we noticed that the side of our table was covered in tons of gunk, and food that looked like the table had not been cleaned for at least a month. then I decided to look at silverware and noticed that it had dried up food and blood from a previous patron on it. I decided to tell our server who said bluntly "oh the side of the table is hard to clean so it usually doesnt get done". This comment in and of itself was shocking to say the least, but as we had already ordered we could not just leave. She did give us new silverware as though that would fix everything. We talked to the manager and even though the place was worse than a McDonalds in terms of cleanliness all we got was a free appetizer and a $30 dollar bill for 2 burgers and 2 drinks. Needless to say the place is a gigantic ripoff and unclean a place that I will never eat at again and will never recommend to anyone unless they wish to eat at a garbage dump. Aside from posting this on facebook as well I wish I could give this place a negative rating because it was that awful. thank you for your time and I hope this review will help someone think twice before eating there.

If you are looking for tasty food they have it, but if you are not looking for a pack of unprofessional grumpy unhappy people to greet you and serve your food do not go there! I went to this restaurant yesterday with a couple of friends and I was greeted at the door by an obviously miserable person, I asked her not to seat us near the bathroom, then she seated us next to the bathroom, when I refused to sit there she caught a case of "bad attitude" and stormed back to the front. I tried to make a suggestion on where to seat us and she got even more upset. Later she told her manager about my opinions on the situation and the manager came to our table not to wish us well and explain what was going on but to confront me about what I said! Really? Later I visited the bathroom which was "shiddy" it was beyond nasty. So there you have it folks if you are looking for shiddy bathrooms, and people with bad attitudes, with a side of tasty food, go for it! But if not avoid this place at all costs. Poor management! Lousy miserable staff! Tasty food.

Slow, slow, slow service! Very small portions. It was Monday about 5:30 and not busy. After a very, long wait, the server brought our food, but we didnt have utensils. She said shed bring them right out. After another long wait--while the food was getting cold--we finally asked someone else for utensils. She brought them immediately. After the meal the server said she would bring a check. Again we waited and waited and waited and waited. My teenager was not paying attention, so when I flippantly said "if we started to leave maybe they would bring the check," she looked at me surprised. The wait had been so long that she had just assumed we were waiting for the credit card to come back not just the check to arrive in the first place. Also, the food tasted OK, but the amount we received was pitifully small. I had a pasta dish, and I expected a side serving of vegetables like they give you at Applebees or Chilis. There was nothing. It was just a very very small dish with four little strips of chicken. I left very hungry.
