This is the first restaurant thats has treated me right as a vegan, they have quite a few options and the ingredients of each course is stated clearly, you can choose to take things out to meet your requirements. The employees here are also friendly and treat all customers with respect. Its not that crowded in there either so you can sit and eat comfortably. Vegan options to choose from: Pastas- choose either a small or a regular size (small was enough for me), there is the Japanese Pan noodles, Pesto Cavatappi (without cream and parmesan cheese), Spaghetti (without meatballs and parmesan cheese), Bangkok Curry, Whole Grain Tuscan Fresco (without any cheese), and finally Indonesian Peanut Sauté. Soups- choose either small or regular size, there is Thai Curry Soup and Tomato Basil Bisque. Sides- This is optional to have with the main course you choose, there is Tomato Basil Bisque, Thai Curry, and Tossed Green (you can ask for a vinegrette to go with the salad). *With the noodle and pasta, you can choose to add Tofu. *You can choose to remove certain ingredients if you have allergies. *Youre allowed to substitute in gluten free pasta for those with gluten intolerance. As for the drinks, I usually always get water but if there is something else you would like to choose from make sure to read ingredient labels or ask what is in them. :) When I was there I ordered- small Japanese Pan Noodles with organic Tofu and a side of a Tossed Green salad with a vinegrette, along with some water. I hope this helps those that would like to see the vegan options that are at Noodles & Company

Went in for the first time, will never go back! 6 people were working, I counted only 8 other patrons in the entire place however it took nearly 13 minutes to make my one dish, I saw the time ticking away on the monitor! Nothing special ordered, just like the picture I said. Took another 2 minutes for these morons to put it in a bag and hand it over. To top it off the food was terrible. I would have preferred a 69 cent bag of ramen noodles heated up in the microwave. It would have taken less time to run over the 7-11 and cook it myself. I hope this place doesnt last long, and considering they are located next to moes, flippers, tgi fridays, and 50 other choices service and food like that, they wont be around long. By the way this review took 6 minutes to write, an appropriate ticket time dont you think!

We were looking for someplace inexpensive to eat while we were visiting Orlando and ran into an old friend - Noodles & Company. We havent found one of these since we left CO, and we have missed them. I love all the options - different noodles, different sauces, different nationalities. I decided on the Pad Thai - one of my perennial favorites. It took only a few minutes until it was hot and at our table. It was a big bowl of perfectly cooked noodles, in a rich, flavorful sauce. I had ordered it with the grilled chicken, which was tender and juicy. I also tried my daughters Indonesian peanut saute with steak. It was really good, too, but I liked mine better. Ill be glad to go back the next time were in Orlando - I just wish they would move to Broward!

Noodles is great for every taste. Whether you are vegetarian, gluten-free or a meat-a-saurus-rex they have just the soup, salad, sandwich or noodle bowl to tame your tummy. From traditional Mac n Cheese to Beef Stroganoff or a trip the Far East with Pad Thai, Bangkok Curry or my particular favorite the Thai Hot Pot sans the Fresno peppers. Dont like everything that they offer in the noodles or want to add something, you can definitely customize. Thats why I love it here! So much to choose from so few days in the week, and you can order ahead online or just go in and get it to go.

Worst customer service ever. Waited 30 minutes for my food and then when I enquired, they told me that they couldnt find me in the restaurant. Really? I was seating 10 feet away, straight from the counter with my order number highly visible. Anyway, when I asked that I dont want the food and to refund the order; the store manager couldnt even do that as he told me he doesnt know how? So, I have to wait another 10 minutes to have my order (wasnt that made already? you guys were looking for me?), which BTW had too much sauce in it. I hope thats a one time thing and not a pattern.

Please double check your order before you leave. They forgot to pack a dish and on top of that when I call them they put me on hold to talk to the manager and after waiting for ten minutes, I hang up and call back and now the manager pick up and offering the dish. Who want to drive through the mad traffic to pick up the dish and after loosing ten minutes just waiting to talk to someone. unfortunately, nothing they can do can help cause by now my kid is already hungry. ...we washed our pasta with water and gave it to her. What a disappointing experience.

AWESOME!! Went there and explained that this was a first. Told the lady there what i liked and she made a suggestion - and it was brilliant. Same for my wife and 5yr old boy who doesnt eat too much spicy food. Plenty of great food, cooked fresh and tasting so clean. We moved outside as the sun was shining and another staff member came by and told us more about the company. We both want one in the UK, it is such a great idea and the taste makes it one of the best fast food places I have been to. Go there and try it out - you wont be disappointed

Staff is very nice, food is good . BUT I will not go back there because they say they have wifi but they actually dont. Its too late to cancel your order by the time you find out. The staff pretends there is no problem and it works for everybody but in fact, it does not and they all act surprised when you mention it. One of the staff admitted it does not work most of the time. It is NOT OK to lie to customers like that. Get a good modem or just dont advertise that you have wifi. I select the places where I eat according to that.

We first visited Noodles & Company in Illinois so were very familiar. When we found out it was in Orlando we jumped on the opportunity. It is very consistent with its layout, menu offerings, service and overall experience. The only thing that might be different is the Coke freestyle machine which is a favorite for kids of all ages. Great value. A must try.

Food here is delicious and freshly made to order. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great to have a combination of Italian and Asian foods. Kids meals were just right for my 9 year old. Also great to have a choice of bowl size for our 12 year old. Not sure about the drinks selections - some fresh fruit juices would be nice.
