Ive never been to a big boy. They dont have them where Im from. I called at 1050 am to place an order for 2 Co coworkers and myself for pickup at 1130 1 was a classic big boy, he said it was good. 2 was a buffalo ranch sandwich which he said that the sandwich was soggy and he didnt eat much of it because of that he also had a strawberry shake which is HALF WHIPPED CREAM!?! Thats highway robbery. I ordered a BBQ ranch salad and a strawberry milkshake. Which was also HALF WHIPPED CREAM!?! for 3.99 thats a joke. Upon arriving at the restaurant there were several guests standing around waiting to check out. They hostess asked if we were for pickup and we said yes, but they had a question about my salad, buffalo or BBQ? I said I want a BBQ salad. She said ok. After about ten minutes of watching the employees run around like chickens with their heads cut off, my computer workers finally paid their bill but didnt have their food. They had to go back to get it, then my salad hadnt even been made yet. Here it is 1150 and I get my salad and check out. Even gave the old lady a cash tip for effort. But when I opened the salad it was BUFFALO SAUCE!! Salad was too small for being 8.19 overall bad first time experience. AND IT WILL BE THE LAST TIME I EVER GO TO BIG BOYS.

Around 3:40 p.m. I placed an order to be picked up at 5 p.m. When I arrived the lady behind the counter ran into a side door and another lady walked past me and said that someone would be right with me. 7 minutes later no one was with me at. I started to walk around the lobby and try to make myself noticeable. Finally a lady came from the diner area and asked me if I needed help. I told her I was there for pick up. She walked over to the pick up area and argued a bit with the cook. I heard her say argumentative " its okay its just soup" and she proceeded to disappear into the back. 5 minutes later she finally came back with my order. And its the wrong order. Im not waiting another 5 minutes so Ill just take the wrong soup. So to recap , I arrived there a little before 5 p.m. to pick up an order I placed an hour and 20 minutes prior and I left there at 518 pm with the wrong order. And do you know what the worst part is? They werent even busy. The lady behind the counter had been standing there the entire time. Never doing pickup again.

OMG DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY HERE!!!! THEY CANT PUT TOGETHER A SIMPLE "CHEESE"BURGER!!! I opened the wrapper to my toddlers burger and it was LITERALLY nothing but bread and a patty!!!!!! Really!!??? NO CHEESE ON A CHEESEBURGER IN AMERICA!!!!??? We did not receive her apple juice and I ordered the Hot Fudge Cake and Ice Cream OMG........ it looked like something a child stacked. SO PATHETIC LOOKING WITH ALL THE WHIPPED CREAM SMASHED INSIDE THE INNER LID OF THE CONTAINER(we ordered to-go)THERE WAS ZERO "HOT FUDGE" AND NOT EVEN A FULL SCOOP OF ICE CREAM. The cake looked like a pile of dried bricks. Only one item was made right in the end and they ate it, but certainly not worth the bs. Eat at an establishment that doesnt have thugs in the kitchen. If you must eat here I would NOT recommend take out. We ended up going to McDonalds and received a real burger all while paying less for more.

My husband & I came here to grab some food. I love big boy & have always had a great experience here, even as a child. I ordered some mac n chz dish that was suppose to come with bread & a salad. My husband got a milkshake & water. The waiter never brought his water, or my refill. He explained he was new & since i used to wait tables myself & know how stressful it can be, I cut the kid some slack.. I honestly felt sorry for him. But then I never got my salad or side of bread, & the mac n chz was so gross. Its like they took undercooked pasta & melted kraft chz slices on it in the microwave. I barely ate any because I was so turned off by it. We still tipped $7.00 because the waiter was very nice & I understand if someone could be having an off day. The food was honestly my biggest complaint.

Last week we tried this big boys location because its close to home. Overall it wasnt super bad but we waited a long time for our food and it was cold. Our waitress was a bit dry for a party of 6. But we gave them a second try today and again waited forever for our cold food again same dry waitress who didnt even check our coffees which 3 of us needed and also made my family and I feel a bit unwelcomed. I hope its not that but I did feel a bit of stares and attitude our 1st time and still gave them the benefits of the doubt and to finish this off they lost a few customers today.

Took forever to get our food. My partners best burger was burnt and Mac and cheese was not good at all, seemed like some noodles with a slice of cheese melted over the top. My chicken breast was tough, overcooked and dry. Broccoli was cold. Not a good experience at all. We are in town for work, worked all day and wanted some good food. So disappointed. Never been to a Big Boys before. Experience that I dont think I would chose again any time soon.

This place is luck of the draw, sometimes good service and god food and sometimes fair food and service. We stop here before or after a walk on the canal trail to get a burger and fries. The Big Boy combo is great! They used to have a nice salad bar and breakfast bar, but they took it out to expand their seating area. There are a few waitresses here that do look like they are not happy with their jobs or perhaps their lives.

This is actually a pretty good place to get a meal. Youre not going to get anything fancy, but theyve got great burgers and sandwiches. The fries are always hot, the drinks always cold. Everything here is fresh. The service is outstanding. The one waitress knows my husband and I and what we want. Theyre always on the ball with drink refills, and I never have to wait long for the check; at the same time I never feel rushed.

My wife works third shift. She wanted to surprise me and got takeout breakfast at Big Boy. God! Never again! I got some kind of omlette. It half melted through the styrofoam container. All I could taste was styrofoam. The toast? It should have been toasted. Instead I got warm bread (not toasted). The only thing good was the blackberry jam. Hey Big Boy, you just lost 3 customers. Never again.

WORST SERVICE!!! the waitress we had looked like she hated her job. I asked her for a chocolate milkshake TWICE and she never brought it yet charged it on our bill. I think she was just lazy and purposely did not want to make it. Had to drink water with my burger and fries. Then she was in such a rush she dropped a plate of food. Never again will I be visiting this location.
