I think the employees of this store should appreciate that there are alot of people out of work and they should hold to the BK standards and open up on time. The posted opening hours for this store is 6am during the week. This store is rarely open before 6:15 6:20? Those of us who do go to work on time cannot count on this stores hours and are forced to go 10 blocks away to Mc Donalds. I drive by this store everyday as I work only a block from it. There are always 3 to 10 people standing ouside waiting for the doors to open and I have seen multitudes of cars blow the drive through because the store isnt open yet. I wonder just how many sales have been lost because of this and how many people have given up going there as I have and choosing someplace else for their breakfast so WE can be to work on time? Now I would suggest just changing the posted opening hours to 6:30am since that is closer to when they normally open but my guess is that they would just end up being even later and open at 7am. When Mc Donalds post opening at 5:30 am, I have yet to see any of their stores open late. I have even gotten served there a few minites before their opening hours! This is because their management team has their people there and preparing to open BEFORE the stores opening hours and are not just rolling in and setting up at 5:30 making people wait 20 mins to get ready to serve! Rating? ZERO STARS cannot rate their food if they are not open on time to order!

I never go to this store, because its an idiot shack, but I was desperate. I go through the drive through on a rainy day. When I get to the window, the lady says, "Your wind shield." I said, "What?" Again, she said, "Your wind shield. Your wind shield. Your wind shield." Yeah, it was like talking to Nell, only a dumb version. Since there was no predicate in her sentence, I had no idea what she was talking about. And since the subject was off (she meant wind shield wiper) she was basically talking jibberish. Mind you, Im getting soaked as shes trying to tell me that shes getting droplets of water on her. I leave. She doesnt give me my credit card back. Wrecks my entire day. I had to borrow money for lunch the following day. When I return to retrieve my card, the second BRILLIANT person with AWESOME social skills doesnt even bother to apologize. Then, get this, as Im leaving, the manager says, "We were about to cut your card up." YES, HE REALLY SAID THAT WHEN THEIR STUPIDITY WRECKED MY DAY. I was literally caught up in an idiot parade and I met the grand master. Do yourself a favor. Eat your fist instead. No disrespect to all the fast food workers of the world, but these people better retire from Burger King, because theres no place in the world for stupidity on this level BESIDES Burger King.

I used my bank card to purchase my food on Thursday morning and found out on Friday from my bank that my card had been used for an unauthorized purchase of $105.79 to Harmon Eyez on Spotify. I cant say for sure that the person working the drive thru Thursday morning copied my card# and used it but this is the only place my card was used as a debit where the individual had possession of my card. I will not trust this establishment with use of my card again. I suggest your company check your employees as this person could be taking advantage of your other customers in this manner of STEALING from them.

Poor representative of the Burger King Franchise. In the midst of employees arguing and making threats to one another, the wait time for me to get a sandwich was more than 10 minutes. This was not a good experience. In addition to my experience, I have also watch as paying customers had to come in from drive thru because the order was incorrect. The only good part of this horrible display of customer service was my cashier. She was super apologetic and tried to offer items as a means to fix the damage experience. This location could use a quality review from corporate.

So I ordered 3 crispy chicken jr, only to get home and find out i have Spicy crispy jr. Called to get a refund and my food made over, and the manager who was on her phone at the time I was getting my food stated that was what I ordered and I have to bring the food and receipt back to get It replaced. Im in the food industry myself and I feel like this was handle very poorly, since Ive wasted my time and gas on something i didnt order!!!! After I solve my unwanted food order I will nit becoming back!!!!!1

Got the nastiest customer service ever received! Walked in to see if I could use the bathroom. They informed us that we had to be a paying customer, fair enough. Bought an icee and asked "keke" to open the bathroom. She acted like she got a phone call on her cell phone, answered it and walked away from the counter into the back. We had to ask someone else for assistance. The bathroom was completely trashed and looked to have a towel full of pee on the ground. Will never go back again.

Drive thru got the order all wrong because the order taker spoke so quickly I could not understand her. She would not slow down even though it was obvious I could not understand. Had me pull around even though drive through was empty. I know this is a bad neighborhood, but one of the cooks was hunched over a parked car and it looked like he was slinging drugs! I wont be coming back. The managers should be fired for running such a wreck of a restaurant.

Came here around 7am, no help no service, no even bothered to answer the intercom. Returned again around 9am thinking that had their stuff together but still no one answered the intercom or anything. They would have did better by placing a "were closed or dont bother us" sign on the building. Their customer service isnt that good neither. Total and complete waste of time and energy. Never seen anything so pathetic.

Ive resided in the N.E. quarter of Jacksonville for 10 years now and etimate about 175 visits to this BK location. They get a high drive thru volume due to being in a heavly trafficited area, especially during the peak rush and lunch hrs. If are short at hand walk in service seems to suffer since a high percent of sales receipts stem from drive thru orders. Not fond of the lack of employee customer relations.

Okay so when I first arrived the drive thru lights were off at 10:36pm. And no one responded through the microphone drove across to Mc Donalds to look up hours and saw they were open till 12am called the number and the woman said her Co worker was changing her battery while sitting at a window seeing us. The food was stale and the chicken was undercooked.

There was a cashier who took his time to do sign language with a young customer in order to get the order perfect. Im not sure if others could of or would have but he did. Also there was another young man who kept diligently running food out to customers in there cars. I dont know why they didnt get it in the drive thru but shout out to him as well.
