If I could give this location zero stars I would. This location seriously needs to be shut down or change management. Every singe time I go to this location the service is just awful. If I go in the drive-thru, Im waiting AT LEAST 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledges that Im even there. Normally after a few minutes of silence I have to say "HELLO?" before someone says "Oh sorry, one moment please." Then after a few more minutes of waiting, they finally take my order. Lots of times Im the only car, so I know theyre not tied up with the cars in front of me. Almost every time I go they forget something and then I have to call up there. Usually they tell me theyll write my name down and theyll give it to me on my next visit. Then when I do ask the next time they have no idea what Im talking about. When I get up to the window youre immediately taken back by the rancid sewer smell that they have yet to fix. Been that way for over a year at least. Most times I see the girls treating an elderly manager woman like total crap an disrespecting her. The one time I saw a girl tell her she refused to do something. And thats just if I go in the drive-thru. If I actually go in its just as bad. On multiple occasions I have taken my children inside, only to have them hear the young girls who work there gossiping or flirting with the young men who work there. Ive heard them talk about their personal life, drinking, who they dont like on other shifts, and just plain horseplay nonsense. I really hope someone of authority sees this review so they can fire every young, too good for their own job, wannabe "employee" and get some real help. Or they can just shut the place down. Theres so much more I can say, Like the enormous spiders hanging all over the side of the building right above the drive-thru windows, or the slow as molasses guy manager in the evenings who seems too stoned to notice whats going on around him. But something needs done ASAP. This location is in Valley View, where most other people and businesses have more respect for the community. If it wasnt for this store being so close to my home and job I would never go.

I went to this burger king drive thru. Two cars was in front. One in the back of me.. i only wanted two small 1.00 coffee. Before ordering.. i stayed idle for 15 minutes at the speaker. I turned off the car. Finally i moved forward after i ordered . The same two cars in front. I was parked by the first drive thru window and as i looked in all you seen was a bunch of girl workers doing nothing gossiping.. i thought the very first car had a large order.. after another 15 minutes horns from cars started to beep. I joined in . No one was working but the manager as to what i seen. Finally the first car in line recieved its order. A small bag.. i thought it was going to be a large meal for a family. A small bag... Wtf.. the second car got thier bag took off.. i pulled up paid for my two coffees . I could see girl workers on phones . One leaving the bathroom. Another going in. Only person working . The manager. Wtf . Those young girls are working the boss lol.. well after i got my coffee. I could feel its not hot. .. i stated that the coffeeis cold.. she replied " well you want to wait for fresh coffee". Wtf.. its not fresh . Its cold and raining. Damp out. This type of weather is coffee drinking weather.. this is aweful.. this is not the first bad exepriece i had.... And nothing is going to change unles they get workers who put thier job first and not thierselves.. that manger was carrying that whole staff on his back..

Its burger king. They messed up my order, and gave me the wrong food. My first time going here. And it will also be my last. I read reviews before I came here, and decided to see myself if it was good or bad. I can say without a doubt its very subpar. The employees seem unhappy amongst other things. I was very polite saying thank you, and saying have a nice day. They didnt seem to acknowledge me saying anything nice to them. It seems like they dont care about the customers. Ive been to one other burger king consistently, and this burger king resembles that burger king a lot. At that burger king they had to fire the whole staff and hire a whole new set of staff. If I was the owner of the burger king I just went to Id consider releasing a lot of the staff and bring in people who have a better attitude, and that care about the customer. The reviews dont lie there needs to be change there. Took me one time to figure that out.

I am only going to give this BK a 3/5 simply because it seems to be on the downward slope. I am closer to another BK, but I frequent this one because it is far better than the one nearest to me. I have been here during all of the different shifts and its unfortunately very inconsistent. Theres one particular crew that is always top notch. Theyre always super friendly, and the food just seems right. Even if the food isnt perfect, its easier to overlook the minor things when the employees have a smile on their face. The most infuriating thing about walking into this BK, more often than not I am greeted with a younger person who is standing at the register staring at me with a blank look. No emotion. No greeting. Just....staring...Get it together BK!

i just opened my bag after i went to this burger king to get something to eat while im at the office working. the fries were just fine, but when i went to bacon bbq tendercrisp or whatever, i take a few bites off the edge but when i get near the middle, the damn thing is still frozen solid!. i paid for a cooked burger, what if some gets sick eating a frozen burger. that was a terrible experience and i rarely eat fast food.

I have purchased food here on multiple occasions. Always a disappointment. Stopped at 10:40am this morning to purchase (2) hamburgers. Got to the office and they were day-old. Dried out meat, wrinkled hard buns and dried up mustard. This place should be shut down for health violations!

Went there on lunch break one of the employees was eating and making sandwiches at the same time told the manager she made her wash hands but then the employee proceed to argue with me .
