terrible experience all together always get my order wrong always decide for me what im going to get , its almost as if they dont even listen to the order and just choose themselves what they are going to give you , and also the more polite u are to them the more rude and attitude they have towards you, i would say there are maybe 2 people that i actually recieve good service from. i understand mistakes happen , but if u just stop with the attitude and actually listen to the persons order its very easy to get it right... 2nd review Once again HORRIBLE , worst customer service , act like they know who you are and your annoying them by coming to burger king for breakfast , you ask for something "to be your way" which is burger kings slogan as simple as "crispy bacon" on a breakfast sandwhich so they do the complete opposite and give me the rawest stringiest slimeiest bacon that i wouldnt feed to a dog . how do you mess up french toast sticks?? well these fine upstanding employees manage to do just that , looks like they were stepped on and then fried 3 times over . Croissant as hard as a rock that when i picked it up out of the bag i thought this has to be the wrong order because this feels like a biscuit through the wrapper...i understand people are humans , mistakes happen , but its EVERYTIME , never once have i gotten good service from this burger king or a correct order , looks like ill have to drive out of my way to mcdonalds or the burger king in valley view (A GREAT RESTAURANT ) btw with the best employees , very polite and always make sure you get what you paid for...shame on you turney road employees , have some pride in what you do even if its not what you want to do long term

I went there in the morning time with limited time for work, I went in and stood there for 10 min while the workers were just chatting it away with everyone. Some lady walks in and the worker talks to her about a blanket. I walked out and had to go through the drive threw. To top it off the sausage looked like it was beef jerky. Came here later on tonight and went back in, it took 5 min and somebody to tell her to take my order. I ordered 5 burgers he gives me 4. I tell him about it and he acted like I did something wrong. It was busy so my meet was good this time. Went to the bathroom and it looked like somebody took a leak in the floor drain. Never going back here. Ill drive the extra mile to McDonalds, or Wendys.

I cannot believe humans would serve food that disgusting!!! Bugs ( I mean more than 3)in my boyfriend sprite sooo gross because he didnt find out until he went to pour the ice out. Resturant is nasty inside and stinks! We went indoor do to drive thru being so slow and we cldve robbed the place...No 1 at the front they cursing so loud it took 5 mins for them to hear us screaming excuse me, so he just ordered a soda and we left. The ice machine full of bugs! My coworker daughter had poisoning after eating at this location, over night in the hospital.

This burger king is seriously the most disgusting place I have ever eaten. My husband and I got sick after eating from here. My sister had to quit working here because of how disgusting the staff is. She said they have roaches and mold everywhere. And they cook without gloves. I definitely will be calling the health department on this place

My husband lost his wallet after leaving the bank, someone picked it up & ditched it at the Burger King parking lot, if it wasnt for the kindness of the managers (who found it & contacted us) we wouldve never recovered it. After the unfortunate week weve had this has been the one wonderful, kind thing to happen to us.

The workers are very slow making food and often mess your order up they act like they dont want to be at work and talk to eachother thats why it takes forever to get your food so i only go sometimes.
