My fiance and I tried this place the other day. He got a cheese burger, and order of fries and a drink. I got the veggie burger. Our order came to $22 which is a bit pricey for what we got but we had heard it was good and it was the only burger joint around. His burger was pretty small- about he size of a Whopper Jr. and the bun was a little soggy. Hes big on burgers but wasnt too impressed with the flavor- said it wasnt anything special. My veggie burger was pretty good and even though the consistency was a little odd (like that of cornbread stuffing), I enjoyed it. There was a sauce on there that I thought went really well with it but I wish there had been a little more. The fries seemed a little dark but I enjoyed the flavor. I think they were flavored with sea salt and you could taste the potato. He had a different opinion- said they tasted like dirt and were a little under cooked. They only had one size drink cup which was fine while we were there because we could refill it but after leaving, he drank it all after a few sips and for $3 I would have hoped to get a little more. I liked the decor of the place but the seating was really cramped and around lunch time, it was too full to enjoy. Over all, I like that the food was supposed to be better for you but Im almost certain that we probably wont be going back. For three bucks more, we can both eat at a really good buffet.

The food is excellent and I left the restaurant thinking "that was the best burger Ive had in months if not years!" And somehow they are able to sell me this excellent burger for under $10. Simply amazing and I will certainly be returning. A couple of thoughts though - the cashier was not really "there" from a positive customer service perspective. She wasnt rude by any stretch but youd be amazed how far a simple smile and interaction will go with customers. Her goal should be to make me feel welcome. One other thought - if you are really "Eco-friendly", then you need to ditch the fancy incandescent lighting. These bulbs suck energy at a much higher rate than LED bulbs and they throw off a lot of heat. This has nothing to do with the food of course, but if you talk the talk, you have to walk the walk.

My husband and I were out taking our weekly Satuday walk around Downtown and Riverside, when we stumbled upon Burgerfi. I must say the prices had us a little nervous but the value and taste of the food was worth it. I enjoyed sitting down and waiting knowing my food was being prepared fresh just for me. When the food came it was still hot not cold, and The taste was amazing. I have never been to a burger place with such great food. We both had the cheeseburgers and we shared a large chili cheese fry. The fries were so delicious, I loved the chili it had a little kick to it but not too much. I cant wait to go back and try a hot dog and the veggie burger. This will be my new favorite restaurant.

Finally a burger joint that gets it right when you dont want a bun (They call it greenstyle). Places Ive eaten at before give you leaf lettuce that just doesnt cut it when you want to eat a burger...well..like a burger. BurgerFi uses iceberg lettuce they they cut into squares and layer so you have a nice lettuce bun. The burger was yummy. My husband had couple of hotdogs and the first one (Chicago style) was eh....all the fillings werent nestled into the crook of the hotdog so it just came apart. When he got it (Texas style) with chili and cheese it was perfect. The chili is spicy good!

I ordered the cry & fried urban style and a single green style. My order was input correctly but I only received fries with parmesan & my burger. Called Burgerfi once I got to work and realized the mistake. I was told to just comeback for correction. I explained I was already back at work. I was asked to callback in an hour. I explained that was not optional based on my job. It was suggested that I return after work. I dont know how if the food tastes food but poor customer service is MY determining factor for disliking the company & not returning.

I wanted to provide positive feedback on the service and food at BurgerFi located in downtown Jacksonville. The service was excellent (Kimberly always greets me with a smile, and often offers the samples of chocolate yogurt). The Burgers & fries are always good and hot, and I especially like the BurgerFi sauce. I’ve brought others to visit for lunch and it continues to be a regular place for myself and coworkers. Amazing food! A little expensive but the price reflects the quality. I tried their new summer bbq burger and I have never had anything like this. If you are in the area you must stop and get a burger. Great selection of beer and their fries were perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. There is no table service but anyone who expects table service where you order food at a cashier and then pick up food at said cashier is an idiot. Chipotle does not have table service and no one complains. Looking forward to eating here in the future.

I was disappointed with the entire experience. The cashier was less than enthusiastic to help me and was very short in answering the questions I had. The bun was soggy and the patty was very small. It only covered about half of the bread. The soft drinks did not taste right either. At the end of the day I paid $10 for a small bland hamburger on a soggy bun and watered down soft drink. The best decision I made on this lunch outing was to not pay the $4 for the french fries. I will not return.

Im astonished that I payed $11 or more for a bacon cheeseburger and fries that was to me no different than Wendys, but at least there I could get the same thing for $3 or so. I dont normally give bad reviews, but I thought it was a total ripoff. The bacon cheeseburger literally only had bacon, cheese, and the patty. No lettuce, tomato, or anything. I mean what exactly is the $8 getting me? Maybe the staff was having an off day, but I thought about asking for a refund. Get it together.

My wife and I are frequently dining out in Riverside and we typically hit all the local spots. Weve always enjoyed the food, but not one time have they gotten our order correct. Im not exaggerating either. Of the 8+ times weve been here, the food we ordered is not the food brought to our table. Staff is just below the adequately friendly scale and some look like they wander around aimlessly looking for things to do while only one person works the register and theres a line of people.

Dont bring your children here. Grilled cheese is 7$..!? Um, the burgers, okay theyre grass fed, isnt grass free? Burgers should not cost more then an Applebees or chilis. Your burger doesnt come with fries, oh thatll be 5$ more.. if the burger was worth the price Id understand but I could have gone to many different places for a good all natural burger like this. Experience wasnt anything extra special. It was 2$ tall boy tuesday which helped drown the price I just paid to eat lunch.
