Customer service stinks. Theyre slow. Never prepaid . And at the drive thru one of your workers asked my fiancé to hurry up because he had a line and I dont think thats professional at all to say to people spending money. The line was actually long and we werent close enough to even view the menu and talk on the speaker but were rushed to speak up and speed up while a manager was present and didnt say a thing about the situation. Wont be there anymore.

My husband brought home 2 chicken sandwiches with nothing on them. I called, spoke to the manager, told her what happened, asked her if someone could deliver them (of course I knew they could not) and she hung up on me. Couldnt even say a word. I hope she gets fired. I would appreciate hearing from the corporate offices.

Worst customer service. Not friendly at all.. not one person smiles. I work close so its convenient. Ive been there 3 times in 7 months ive got the same rude attitude each time. My recommendation to the owner is find a new mng that will clean house and get employees who actually appreciate having a job.

The shift manager at night time is so unprofessional and rude, I strongly recommend you do not go to this location. Im not expecting 5 star service at BK but at least speak to your guests like you appreciate their business and want them to return, horrible customer service, never again.

Good staff and consistent meals. It seems like they could use another drive through lane with the amount of traffic this location gets around lunch time. The drive through line does get extensive and the parking can get pretty tight. Other then that no complaints.

Burger King is right down the road from me so I eat there a lot I love their grilled taste on their food everything about them is good they neatly put their sandwiches together they dont just slap them together the customer service is very good good job.

The food will always standsto BK standards and is really good! Service ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!!!!! They are so unprofessional and do NOT hold up to "fast food". They are the slowest staff at whatever hour you go and never fail to mess up your order.

Google says the business is open until midnight. Ive come here numerous times now at 10:00 and the lights are still on but no one answers the drive through. Either fix the hours listed on Google or quit playing hide the salami in the kitchen.
