Every time Ive stopped here it has been a relatively unpleasant experience. Between the unneccarily long wait time for customers who walk up to the window as opposed to the drivers and the aesthetically discomfort you get from catching a glance inside the building. Its messy and the employees always seem to look lost and/or out of position. Every time I have went there were at the very least 5 or 6 employees, so why does it take 20+ minutes just to mess up an order? As much as I like Checkers, this location does not do the business any justice.

I wouldnt give this location any ratings at all, they got my order wrong twice after I explain to the gentlemen at the window what my order was and still gave me the wrong sandwich. The first mistake he got the order wrong once I order the first time at the speaker I will not come back to this location and the majority of the crew are highly rude and do not know how to give good customer service.

Ive been in this car line forever. Three cars have already left from waiting to long. I could just imagine how much money was lost just from today. Then to top it off. They served us the wrong meal. So i guess ill be late for work. Gotta find another place to eat. This store does not understand the meaning of face food. Hope ur vosit goes better then mine. Im going to popeyes

This place sucks, bad Service and they never can seem to get your order correctly. The mangers dont seem to give a care in the world. They even have the Nerves to make you pull up, and then when your order is complete they make you walk back to window to get your food Instead of delivering it to you for your inconvenience whats the point of having a drive-through

The drive thru was getting crowded, when we ordered was told to drive and park,they said we will bring to food over. Suddenly, we were forgotten about. After seeing cars come in after us drive away, my husband went to the window. Oh your food has sitting here for a while. We will not ever go there again. Service was terrible.

We have had people tell us not to go on that side of town...but live our lives loving and not judgemental toward others neighborhood. This place is slooooooow! And they got order wrong, and we had to pull over and park and they would bring order to cae. 5 minutes later I am Still waiting for my order. I only stopped here cause my grandson wanted to. I will not stop here for myself. Finally got my order.....bye.

They were still advertising the 245 Philly steak and after 9 Minutes in line I get to the window for them to tell me that they no longer sell the thing and it been meaning to take the poster down. Luckily I like the Big Buford which I eat as an open-faced sandwich no top bun

I HATE CHECKERS ON KINGS RD. AND THE ONE ON LEM TURNER AND EDGEWOOD. The best checkers are in Orange Park or Southside area. Thats all.
