Food was GREAT, but it was the WORST service Ive ever had, in my whole life. The server dropped the F bomb no less than 10 times, he took 15-20 minutes to get our drinks every time we ordered--which was also hard considering he rarely came by. He would only take orders from half of our table before leaving. We waited almost an hour and a half before being able to put a food order in. He offered us a pizza that people had walked on out because it took so long. So naturally we took the gesture and then he charged us for the pizza at the end. He made US hand write and number each item on our bill because he had no clue who ordered what. He also put three items on our bill that no one even got. Worst dining experience Ive ever had. Which is a shame because I loved the pizza but I will definitely not be going back. PS-- to beer head manager, you need to fire the guy with the red hair and pony tail, Id tell you his name but he never even told us.

First and foremost I would like to say that I worked in the restaurant business for 8 years and do not normally complain about service/experience, but this was by far the worst experience Ive had. We waited 25 minutes before a server took our drink order, and another 20 before we got them. Once we got our drinks we proceeded to order appetizers, the pretzel and potato skins. We never received them until after we paid our check two hours later. Every time we questioned our server about them, she informed us she had put them in. Even though her table next us (who sat down 30 minutes after we ordered the appetizers) got their pretzel well before we did. When we asked for a manager, the staff informed us "he was too busy in the kitchen". Its safe to say that we will not back, unfortunate because we loved the atmosphere!

Have given this place 3 tries and been disappointed all 3. As a Warehouse District resident, I wanted this place to be everything it was chalked up to be. Bottom line, food is underwhelming. Pizzas are a slight step above frozen varieties from the grocery store. And the worst part is the massive beer list which is never accurate. In 3 visits I have inquired about 10 different beers only to be told that they only had 3 of them. What good does it do to advertise a huge beer list, only to disappoint everyone when they go to order? Cut the list by 75% and youll still have the biggest selection in the area and make it far easier to keep everything stocked. Or just change your name from "Beerhead" as to not mislead any more thirsty customers.

I was there with family a couple of months ago. The server we had was very friendly and tried to be helpful. The only knock there was his familiarity with the different type of beers so when asked for recommendations based on other beers, he really didnt know where to start. I understand how difficult it is to know each type but I do feel it would improve the overall perception of experience there. As for the pizza. Simply amazing. I would go back just for that. All fresh ingredients and all very savory. The ambiance is amazing too as you can look out of basically any window and see parts of downtown and even the river. Location, location, location. I would recommend this place to friends for sure (and have).

While the beer was super, and the atmosphere is pretty awesome, the lack of service overshadows everything positive here. We were at Beerhead on a weekend afternoon, and having worked in bars and restaurants, my wife and I agreed the service was among the worst we had ever received. No one to seat us, and the girl I flagged down looked like a deer in headlights. One we did grab a table (on our own), the server took over 15 minutes to get a drink order, and at least another 15 to get the drinks to us. Once we got the drinks, she didnt even inquire about food for another half hour. Totally frustrating experience. I hope they can work it out, because it has such a cool vibe.

Lets get real most people review are usually ones with bad experiences. Well mine wasnt very good here, The service was pretty bad by our waiter. He neglected to inform us the kitchen was closing and that they were having oven issues so the wait was longer. Needless to say after an hour and a half we were just getting our pizza. While I was really upset about the situation, the manager was very apologetic, nice and did the right thing by giving us all our pizza for free. All in all the pizza albeit very late was quite good. So conclusion our waiter sucked, manager and food were good. I reserve harsher judgement until I dine again.

Good location, fine service and atmosphere, but nothing that really stands out except the diverse and large beer list. Ive had a couple of odd experiences here including one involving a piece of plastic literally cooked into my food. In response to this, the server kept going on and on about how they get this item straight from a box (i.e. processed and not even remotely fresh) so it wasnt their fault. They did comp us a round of drinks to make up for it, but were not very apologetic. A few other odd conversations and experiences there along with the low quality food, means I dont plan on going back unless I am just drinking beer.

Ordered from POSTED happy hour menu. Bill came with full price. Manager said they dont have to honor. When I pushed back he walked around bar and pulled ad posting happy hour down. Then came general manager (low intellect) scot knieriemen and he said those prices are subject to change and its a holiday. We were there Monday July 3rd. Not a holiday. We were treated so rudely. Have a call into corporate to speak to owners and posted a complaint on BBB. $16 overcharge is not a big deal treating customers so badly and lacking integrity is so I am pursuing and doing all I can to make sure lessons learned.

It was our first time there the waiter was very impatient, when he brought the pizza out which was very good he didnt bring napkins we had to ask 3 times for napkins. He was moving so fast we had to call him over again for Parmesan cheese when he finally found some he threw it down on our table. We understood it was a busy Saturday night but he didnt tend to our needs at all. Never once asked if everything was ok or if we needed another drink or anything at all. The service was just very short and rude made for a bad experience for our first time there. Doubt we will return.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Had to go find a waiter to take our order after waiting for 25 minutes with no one approaching the table. Recommend going elsewhere if you want any type of service. You must have expected a busy night with the event going on so bring in more staff. Also, first come first serve is not a good way to do seating. Food: We only ordered the Bavarian Pretzel which was absolutely delicious. But why serve this huge pretzel with a small dipping cup of beer cheese and then charge for more? I want more than a handful of bites with beer cheese.
