We took 20 folks to the restaurant, atmosphere was nice (except there were some extremely loud ladies sitting near us and it was very distracting. We were hoping management would ask them to use their indoor voices.) but restaurant was well thought out and pretty. We are all from a beach community so are very familiar with seafood and quality seafood. Several of us ordered "lump back fin" crab cakes for $33.00 with no side dishes??? Hoping they would be delicious because of the location here near the water. It was an insult when they arrived. There was not one piece of lump back fin crab in the two small cakes put before us. It was all claw, a little regular back fin and lots and lots of breading. They appeared previously frozen and tasted like something you would expect to get at Red Lobster or Captain Dees "seafood" restaurant. It was extremely disappointing, a bit insulting and at least one in our party refused to eat them entirely. The manager didnt come over to check, the waitress didnt offer to bring the patron something different and she didnt even seem to care that the customer was unhappy. Very bad service from a restaurant. Not any offer to make the customer satisfied in any additional way, the waitress just took the uneaten food away and left. The other folks at the table offered to share their food but the waitress never said another word. I know a restaurant cant hit a home run every single time. But if you are going to advertise Lump Back fin crab cakes then serve lump back fin crab cakes, not preprocessed, can type crab, and certainly if a customer is unhappy with something at least apologize, offer to make it right, send over a free desert or coffee drink, but dont ignore the client. Very poor customer service. Our party spent close to 1200 or more and a little act of kindness on their part would have been in good taste. I will not recommend or ever return to this restaurant. Bad food you can forgive, bad service and lack of compassion never.

Very disappointed. Saw a lot of good review and decided to take my mom there for her birthday and we had to find our own table, waited 20 min for someone to take a drink order and more than another hour for our food to be served. Our waitress didnt know a thing about the menu items and told my husband she cant understand what hes ordering because of his accent while he was pointing at what he wanted on the menu. The food LOOKS great but tastes HORRIBLE! I ended up with a 40$ piece of snapper I couldnt even choke down because not only was it over cooked but the sauce reeked like dirty stale laundry, my husbands stake was tough and inedible and my moms lamb was the reason why people hate lamb a flavorless piece of meat that somehow was overlooked on the outside and raw inside even it was ordered to be medium-well. The only decent thing was the chocolate cake. If youre thinking of going here, dont, there are so many great restaurants in Naples pick any other one. Ridgeway is by far the worst Ive ever been to. Oh and by the way the bill was $220 for 3 people for inedible food and crappy service! I posted to same review on Yelp so you all can see this

The menu reads really nice, but the food was not as good as it sounded. I had apps, entree and desert, and each course left more to be desired. Some ingredients mention in the menu were no where to be seen or tasted. The crab cakes were bland. The Duck pate appetizer tasted sour, lacking flavor, and you could hardly tell it was even duck. Dessert portion was too small to share. $8 for a kids meal of a bowl of farfale pasta, which didnt include a drink or anything else is totally overpriced. The waiters service was uninspired. He seemed to have tables all over the restaurant which Im sure was the reason for his very slow service. The only plus it that it is near the Naples Pier and has a very nice patio seating area.

Cozy patio seating on the deck, gorgeous outdoor seating in the garden and charming seating indoors with exceptional service and food, you cant go wrong with this restaurant. Its in the heart of boutique shopping, so its a perfect stop for a bite to eat. They have delicious, fresh cuisine. I highly recommend the Grilled Grouper and the sautéed greens were a perfect side dish. The carrot cake was a perfect dessert; although, next time Ill ask without the raspberry piping. I also would recommend the king crab claws!! Delish. Enjoy this garden haven in downtown Naples!

Had a friend take me to dinner here when I was in Naples last week. Oh my was the food ever yummy! Everything we had was perfect, and the chocolate cake that I took home with me was to die for. I loved that the staff here was always smiling and friendly, happy to help out, even for my extra sauce. One of the things that drives me crazy about a restaurant is when employees dont smile, or they are standing around talking or just hateful. Not here. I would recommend heading here any time. The food is just superb.

By far the hidden gem of Naples, its a perfect off the beach spot that combines incredibly tasty food with a vacation like atmosphere. By far, the best Burger in town, and you can wander next store and have a real cup of coffee with a delightfully light piece of cake. The staff treats you like family, catering to your every whim and they even can keep a secret about how many pieces of cake you eat. Its a wonderful dining experience, with true culinary cuisine that feeds your soul.

Just finished our Christmas Dinner here. From the moment we stepped on the restaurant everyone was great! The hostess was very kind, I needed two more chairs and they quickly set up a beautiful table for us... Rhonda took care of us and she was AMAZING! And the food was DELICIOUS, out of this world! Really worth the 2 hours drive from Miami.

Best place for lunch and dinner in Naples. Tony Ridgeway has always put a touch of class with the scenery and the food is perfect. Never had a problem and the service is 5 star.
