Great food, HORRIBLE service. The girl taking orders at the counter did not know the menu AT ALL, and she assumed my family and I were ordering to go when we wanted to dine in. After receiving our food, we looked at the receipt and noticed we had been overcharged. Again, the girl at the counter did not understand our complaint and had to get a manager, who did give us the money back and apologized for the mistake. However, we noticed lots of other orders were messed up, and they ran out of turkey along with several other food items. One male customer complained about the bathrooms being repulsive, and my mother can vouch for how disgusting the womens restroom was. Tables were being left dirty for 20-30 minutes, and customers had to wait for carry out orders for about this long as well. Only water was coming out of the tea machine, and no trash can was visible ANYWHERE in the entire restaurant. This is the worst dining experience Ive ever had. Having worked in the fast food business for five years now, I can honestly say I could have thrown on a hat and an apron and done better myself with very limited knowledge of the menu. Needless to say, my family and I will not be back. Seems like this location needs a whole new crew and management team - good luck!

My experience with this Boston Market was very unpleasant. Cheggidy check this... I attribute my dissatisfaction solely toward the black delivery fella who drives the white chevy suburban (L# FZN 7821?). Take a nap brosuf. No delivery is worth laying on your horn in the middle of a congested Madison intersection. To then proceed and shout out your window at pedestrians in the parking lot aint doing your restaurant any good. At least take the Boston Market sign off the top of your car before you done go make Boston Market look bad. Fin

Dont eat here if you actually want food. I just tried to get food here and they are out of chicken. They wont have anymore for 35 to 40 minutes. How do you run out of food? This is not the first time I have stop by here and they did not have chicken. They did not want to tell me either another customer told me. Their response was oh well. How about plan better so you have food for your customers. I will be contacting your corporate office.

This is my first time dining in, i always get carryout, but the girl at the register was new and did not know the menu at all, but luckily it was another cashier there to help her, i wanted an Turkey mega bowl but they didnt have any turkey ready, so i got the chicken, which they brought out right away, my only compmaint is they should have Turkey ready at all times of the day and have an more knowledgeable staff.

The food is great, however its been awhile since I was in this location and considering where its located, its appearance is awful since the last time I was in. And every time I go back its worse. It is the closest location, without having to drive all the way to Mason which still had a nice store the last time I was in there.

I love the food but the management and service is the worst! I tried to get lunch at 11 am on a Tuesday and was told by the hoodrat employees and unprofessional manager that they werent serving serving until "maybe" after 12noon because they have catering orders to fill. Keep in mind they open at 10:30am!

I placed an order and confirmed the day before that it would be ready to go first thing in the morning. When it was time to pick up the order of turkey for a company potluck they said they had nothing for me and was left scrambling to find turkey at the last minute.

Food was ice cold no where near room temp but my client insisted on eating here now hes like I shouldve went to Penn Station never again then the worker said I couldve warmed it up it shouldve been hot when they brought it out

Waste of money. Chicken tastes like grease. Mac n cheese is very bland along with the mash potatoes. Im literally going to spend more money on lunch just so I can get this taste out of my mouth!
