Fresh ingredients and spices. The best Indian food I have had in Ohio. My oldest is attending UC and has been wanting me to try it. So we headed there for lunch when I was dropping him back at school recently. It is a cozy little place with the kitchen in one corner. Not fancy, but the food is top notch. We tried the chicken tikka masala and chicken tikka saag and an order of the bhatura. The entrees come with free naan as well. They use a spicy scale from 1 to 6. We picked right in the middle. Everything came out hot and spiced perfectly. The rice was very tasty and the naan was good too. The bhatura was huge and fried so it puffed up nicely and was crispy and flaky. Their masala was good but the saag was amazing. I noticed they had goat on the menu. I cannot find it many places near home so I definitely want to go back and try that. The portions are huge, so come hungry, or plan to share. I wish I lived closer; I would definitely dine here regularly.

We were shopping in Cincinnati. Googled for a place to eat and found this place. We were a little shocked by how small the place was. The open kitchen was busy but did not seem extremely clean. But the food was amazing. We had Malai Kofta, Panneer Tikka, Chicken Biriyani, Nan and Mango lassi. These are our favorites that we usually order in Indian restaurants. They were by far one of the tastiest we have had in a while. If you can over look the atmosphere, great food can be had really cheap, at this place. The next time we visit Cincinnati we are definitely going to visit this restaurant again.

Whether its Chicken Tikka Masala, Saag Paneer, or Lamb Curry...you cant make a mistake in your choice of meal. The spices are in a sweet balance to the creaminess of the dishes adding to the wonderful texture whilst eating. Even though you could make two meals of your entree, its hard to put it down. Try their garlic naan, baked in their clay oven daily, with your lunch meal. Ive only had it there and to go...takes anywhere from 15-35 minutes depending on the time you go. Make sure you stop by at least once to try some of the best Indian food in the city!

OMG.!! This was more than expected.. I don like paneer to be frank. I along with 3 ordered the sahi paneer and saagh chicken. As I do not like paneer as such and I loved the saag chicken so much, I finished the saag chicken. Then later tasted the left over saahi paneer. I regretted that I didnt have that.. I made sure that I visited my friend in Cincinnati again to have the whole saahi paneer...

Food was good. But, the portions were way too large. Id gladly take half that amount for $2 less. A place close to campus like this would do better to offer a smaller, cheaper portion. All food is stuffed into Styrofoam containers, even for dine-in orders. And, they are stacked on the front counter for some reason, so you cant see them and they cant see you. Weird.

Bit of a wait at normal lunchtime (place was packed), but food was simply brilliant. Best weve had in the local area, and best weve had -- hands down -- since we left Wash, D.C. Chilli Chicken made my nose run, tons of flavor. Not normally a fan of chicken tikka masala, but my wife had to push me away from hers, I kept trying to mop up the sauce w/ the naan bread.

As of 23rd July, the A/C was not working! It got pretty hot and humid. Whats worse is that it left us dehydrated. The worst experience till date. The owner shouldve made alternative arrangements for a crisis like this. The food was good though. Chicken Tikka Masala and Matar Paneer were fabulous. I would not recommend Biryani though. It tastes like Pulao.

A treasure and a treat! One of my favorite places to enjoy Indian take-away. Mushroom Saag is first rate and the Chicken Makhani is delicious! Spring for the extra garlic naan and a mango lassi. I find myself craving Deep India regularly and have a particular loyalty to this establishment. The guys who work there are sweethearts.

Horrible food...the reviews might be manipulated to be at high. All the food ordered have the same color and same gravy. Even goat biryani is not really biryani...they have mixed half cooked goat curry which taste bad with the same half cooked rice they give with other items...avoid, avoid and avoid...

Best chicken tikka masala Ive ever had. They shred their chicken and it infuses all of the spices. Seriously, Ive tried tikka masala all over the world and this place here in Clifton is the best. Also, one of the few places with Bhatura, a buttery deep fried bread that I much prefer to Nan.

This place is excellent, similar selection to other places in the area but I think they do it better than most and at a better price. If you order an entree before 3pm you get a free regular or garlic naan which makes this place my first choice everytime. And the chili dogs are incredible.

Every time weve ordered it has taken 2-3 hours to arrive. The food is good, but NOT that good. We keep hoping it changes but its ridiculous that and order I placed at 11:30 a.m. doesnt arrive until 2 p.m. This is the last time we order from here, Grill of India is where it is at.

Love love love their food so much! The service is VERY slow, for both delivery and calling for pickup--often an hour and sometimes even longer. However, the food is so good that Ive been willing to endure this for the past several years.

The food is beyond great. If you do online ordering, well just dont. Make sure to call. One two to three occasions theyve managed to not see the order until you arrive 30 minutes later and they leave you waiting another 30 minutes.

If you want to feel like youre eating food closer to authentic Indian food, this is a good place around Clifton. Prices are not too high and fairly quick in preparation. One of my favorites and most Indians agree that its worth it.

My personal favorite Indian place in the area. Its a little more expensive (only a dollar or so) more than Krishna but the quality makes up for it. The only downside is that wait times can be a while especially when theyre busy.

Being an individual that has traveled to multiple cities in India, I find this restaurant to be the best Indian food I have ever had in the states and possibly ever. Cannot recommend highly enough, especially for lunch.

Just tried this place for the first time because they delivered and I didnt feel like leaving the house. The food great, and arrived in about 35 minutes. Large portions too! Looks like I have a favorite new Indian spot!

Amazing food. This is my third time there. Always take carryout. Each time the food is delicious. They dont cut corners in terms of taste quality. We drive 45 min just to get this food.
