I hardly ever write reviews for anything, but after what I experienced today, I just had to write one! When I went to get my lunch at Chipotle today, the line was low. There were only 3 people in front of me, all of which were together. The workers had run out of rice, so there was a very minor wait of about 2 minutes to get some more on the line. The 3 people in front of me had no patience, were using curse words, and raising their voices at the 3 men who were working up front. The men worked hard to try and accommodate all of the customers needs, but they couldnt seem to satisfy them. At this point one of the customers began to yell, leaning over the counter and making a scene. The disruptive customer then had the nerve to go over and interrupt one of the managers, who was busy having a meeting at a table near by. Long story short, after the manager came and offered to remake their whole order, the 3 still were being disrespectful, one of them tossed something on the counter and they left in an uproar. I was shocked. I can not put in to words the insanity that went on over something so silly! With that said, I am writing this review to compliment the amazing, polite and hard working staff at Chipotle. After all that had happened not one of the staff members got out of hand, as most people would. They kept calm and never stopped trying to help the customers. After the customers left, the manager gave everyone in line our meals for free and apologized multiple times for what had went on. I eat at Chipotle 2-3 times a week and I have never once had a bad experience! The workers are all polite and seem to enjoy and take pride in their work. I have always thought highly of the employees at Chipotle, but today they raised the bar even higher. Finally, Id like the thank the staff at Chipotle Chillicothe not just for giving me a free meal, but most of all for the professionalism they displayed and each workers determination to satisfy every customer.

Just like any other Chipotle in existence. Good and fast service, clean restaurant, nice restrooms (minus the 3 foot tall penis etched into the wall). Only gripe that I have is the parking situation is a little crowded and tight. I would recommend parking in the Sams Club parking behind the restaurant.

Just wanted to compliment the location in Chillicothe, Ohio. I was in to pick up lunch today, the line was long, and they were moving people through quickly, efficiently, and still maintaining positive attitudes. They deserve to be recognized for their team work! Oh, and the food was great as expected.

I love chipotle. Its my go to place any time anywhere. But this time. It was pretty flavorless, rice was hard, and it was soooo slow. We Were the only people in line and two bowls took them like 15 min. The line backed up out the door before they finished our order and it was empty when we got there.

Well It was a few days ago (forgot to put this on here) one person was really nice and gave me a free drink :) it was really nice and they didnt have todo that I mean yes they put sour cream on my burrito but I actually found out I really like sour cream on my burritos!!!#chipolteisnice

I was blown away by the service I received yesterday. The staff was super friendly and fast, and the food was warm and fresh. And on top of that, two guys complimented my makeup, and truly made my day. Thank you so much for providing such great customer service and being rockstars! :D

Great food, employees who dont listen to what you want or how much . Im a customer from day one, sometimes two or three days a week. Please train employees to just do what is asked when it comes to how much. The pay is for the customers. Seems to happen with new employees.

I love the food, its self service so I cant comment on that except to say that the contact we had with employees was good. My gripe : This place has zero atmosphere! Even my young grandson noticed this. I dont like feeling like Im in a hospital waiting area when I eat.

Went in, got a chicken bowl , they filled it only half full then when I went to pay they charged me for someone elses food on my gift card... Then refused to put the money back on my gift card.... DONT GO HERE service is terrible and you barely get any food!!!

Worse chipotle I ever been to. Bathrooms were filthy and dining area was a mess.. not to mention my bowl was super skimpy.. then the kid making it told me they get yelled at by management for portion control all the time. Smh

One of the best Chipotles Ive been to. Great service, very clean overall and very fast considering this place is always packed. The only down side is the parking which isnt too great, but is totally worth it for the quality.
