This Chipotle is always good to me. They usually open on time, the food is always on point, and the management is always polite and courteous to me. I like the dining room set up as well much better in correlation to other Chipotles as well. While it can get busy during peak hours such as lunch and dinner, the staff does a pretty good job at tackling the rush to minimize the wait time associated with the prime location this Chipotle resides in. With me being a fan of Chipotle for years now, I officially call this Chipotle my Chipotle I go to when I am at home in Westerville Ohio. Since I have one of the biggest bols in Westerville Ohio, my order usually stands out from the rest of the customers. I have had problems at other locations in the regard of the staff not being able to process what I want because its different and its rather annoying. Right along with them not wanting to give them what a customer wants because like it comes out of their check or something? I do not have these problems here. Anyway, to wrap this review up, this Chipotle does a good job of keeping me satisfied as a customer overall. An idea for all Chipotles though to make it the ultimate dining experience, install WiFi in your restaurants so it makes sitting on the patio in the warm weather that much more satisfying.

I came in to buy 2 bowls and mine happened to be the bad out of the 2. It had a piece of plastic in it! I called and spoke to the manager Liz. She offered a re-make of the same bowl twice so I took the offer. Unfortunately, I will no longer eat Chipotle ever again! Liz literally picked the piece of plastic out of my bowl and kept glancing at it making observations such as "oh it looks like a piece of glove oh no wait its just a piece of plastic"!!! JUST A PIECE OF PLASTIC? You got to be kidding me! She then walked to the back where another gentleman jokes about it. I will never eat from this location ever again or better yet Chipotle in general. Thank you Chipotle on Maxtown Rd for ruining it!

Pretty much your standard Chipotle, but they refuse to heat the place. If you plan on eating at the restaurant youre better off going somewhere else. It wasnt too bad during the dinner rush with lots of people inside, but it was uncomfortably cold inside after about 7:30pm even with a jacket on. Also, as other reviews mentioned, they skimp on the meat at this location.

This is one of the worst Chipotles Ive ever been to. The food is sloppily made, online orders have been messed up multiple times, and the speed at which they work the line is far slower than most Chipotles. I rarely find the need to leave negative reviews, but I do this on the hope that it will finally stick in my head to go to the location a mile down the road.

Very hit and miss. Sometimes they are on point and nail the order and have it ready in a timely fashion. Sometimes its a ~10 minute wait for an order that should have been ready 15 minutes ago. And sometimes they screw up and order so bad its hard to figure out what they were even looking at.

Standard Chipotle. I eat here al.ost once a week. Good food and fast service. I usually eat half a bowl and save the rest. Bowls at lunch time seem a little less full than some other Chipotles but are still more than enough food in a single sitting.

Service here was good. Tried steak for the first time in ten years. I regret it. Half of what I got was griddle. I had the same trouble ten years ago. Im surprised they still even try to sell steak.

Chipoltle is awesome everywhere....however, go to the one on State Street rather than Maxtown Road, they give you more meat in your Burritos.(have experienced it multiple times.)
