Worst service EVER!!! We called our order in, they said it will be ready at 5:50 pm. We get there go to the carry out window, but are showed to the other side to pay. Then was told they tried to call us 3 times, but we did not receive 1 call. It was to tell us that they didnt have the chicken pot pie. We decided to have it removed from the receipt, then found that they do have it, do we still want it? Of course we said yes we do. After getting there, my pot roast is sitting on the back counter while they baked his fresh hot pot pie! 40 minutes it and we sat there waiting. People came in had a seat and theirs was brought out to them and was thanked for ordering, please come again. When ours FINALLY came out, we were yelled at behind the counter by a big redhead, your order is ready. Sorry for the wait. Wow! Sorry to have incovenienced you! I came home and microwaved my pot roast because it was cold! I will never go back!

Weve been here a total of 4 times. Weve had 2 negative experiences. This last time the waitress took the orders of others seated after us! She was an older lady and yes I understand there are other tables but when you make eye contact and are still ignored theres an issue here. The manager did try to rectify the situation but after 15 minutes of sitting there being ignored by this waitress we were done. Went to the other location on Western Avenue and had a much better experience although it took them a minute to seat us. The services in this town are definitely dwindling. Ive never experienced such crummy services in any other place weve lived!!

Our waiter was nice and pleasant. He was very forgetful. Forgetting our rolls and refilling our drinks after we waited over 45 mins to be served the food we ordered. The foods was good, our company was delightful. So after all this really should thank him. His forgetfulness allowed us to spend more time with our grown up dtrs . So sir thank you. And all you folks out there that want more time with your grown up children, come to Chillicothe Bob Evans.

It was like having a fast food cook attempting to make a gourmet chicken sandwich...didnt turn out and as you can imagine I ended up using a knife and fork to eat it. The chicken was just warm and dried out. If I didnt have someplace to be I wouldve sent it back. Overall I think well try the one on western Ave next time.

Well lets start with the bathroom was bad. I seen outhouses looking a lot better than this place. And the walls when you sit down was dirty. Its not the waitress fault, she was very nice to me and my wife. She got our order in but as a whole this place nice a good cleaning done.

It was horrible, we waited for 10 minutes at our table, had 3 waitresses look at us and no one even said hello. It took 5 minutes to get the table. They were not busy. Went to the ihop behind it and within the 15 minutes we were seated, had drinks and our salads. They were busy.

Food was great! Service was great! And the atmosphere was fantastic. Theyve recently started using a bit different cutlery and other plates and glasses to give it a bit more rustic country feel and it just works.
