Has gone downhill in the last year. Yesterday evening I witnessed a manager being rude to a customer. Laughing with employee about it. When customer said something manager called her a b*tch and charged at her threatening to kick her a*s. Another manager came front back & had to pull her away. Then the employee threaten the customers with a weapon. There was no sorry nor sending other manager & employee home. Crazy. An employee, and definitely not a manager, should be rude to a customer and for sure never threaten them. Why werent they fired? Any other place of employment that is grounds for immediate termination whether the customer was in the right or wrong. Because as employees you are to be professional. Service was extremely slow. This is fast food. Order should not take 15+ minutes. More than likely will not be returning to this location because of slowness and unprofessional conduct by your employees and management. Shame as this use to be my favorite location because of the speed, accuracy in order, and professionalism.

They completely messed up my order the first time and the second time I went back to get my order fixed they forgot to put some of my items in the bag. I went back again and they said you left the item in the bag that you returned. I explained to them that the whole order should have been remade. They just kept saying it was my fault and refused to give me back my receipt. They were yelling and their customer service was terrible they refused to do anything. I will never go to toco bell again. Their food quality was terrible. I have nothing positive to say about toco bell. They even refused to give me the corporate telephone number so I can call and complain

Literally went here multiple times a week for the past 2/3 years and almost 1 out of 3 times my order was screwed up. The first few times just let it slide, but once I noticed it became a regular thing, started going back and having them remake it and it has never been a problem. This last time they severly messed it up so I went back as I always do but this time workers there were completely rude to me and demanded they would only remake it once I brought the food back. Beyond fed up with this and will defintely not be going back here again. Done with the rude workers and people that clearly dont know how to read screens and orders properly.

You have a 50/50 chance of your order being right if you order a bean burrito with no onions. On a separate note, and not specific towards this location, but dear Taco Bell, I have a serious question: Why do you put those raw onions on your bean burritos, they are overpowering and IMO just dont belong there. Ive never met someone who likes them on there. PLEASE remove them all together from the bean burritos. Thanks in advance and I look forward to an onion free, bean burritos world, one day in the future.

This tacobell location can be a bit slow and on three seperate occations ive been handed my drink sideways. It nearly spills everytime. Never had that happen anywhere else. Taste is similar to pther taco bells. Not horrible overall but i would go inside to avoid sideways drinks.

Manager EXTREMELY RUDE because THEY LOCKED THE DOORS and did not tell us and my husband was outside so they would not let him back in and FORCED us to take our food to go.. messed up over half our order and took 13 minutes to make.. Will not be visiting this location EVER AGAIN!

Its like they train the staff here to be horrible to their customers. The drive thru employee literally mocked me tonight when I made an error while ordering. When I visited last week, the drive-thru gave no napkins or sauce. What are they, hourly?
