I was near Eastern Market and decided to treat myself to breakfast in the market for the first time in my life. I looked for a breakfast spot and Farmers was closest and a diner, just what I was looking for! I seated myself, had a waitress over within a minute to get my drink order and take my order if I was ready. I took a few minutes to look it over and found Corned Beef Hash.... done deal! My waitress, Sharlene, came back in a timely manner and took my order. I kid you not, two minutes later, a steaming pile of new potatoes, grilled onions, thinly sliced corned Beef and scrambled eggs was at my table!! Obviously they know what gets ordered frequently and they keep it hot on the grill so they can deliver fresh food fast! It wasnt dried out or stale or half cold, it was all hot and fresh.... and delicious! It was enough food for two to eat a sensible meal and I ate barely more than half. My waitress was punctual and welcoming and it was only her and 1 other young lady working the whole place. There have to be about 30 people here. Great job to all the staff. This was a wonderful first breakfast in Eastern Market. Thank you!

This used to be a go to for us but after being up all night with food poisoning I havent been back for 6 years until today. The spinach and feta omelette was scorched on the ends and raw in the middle. When I told the waitress she smiled at me, nodded and walked away. I followed her and told her again. She turned with out saying a thing. I left. She followed me outside and asked if I was coming back. I said, "No, the eggs werent cooked." She replied, "Why didnt you say anything." I wont be back.

This place had an alright omelette. They claim to have the upper hand on corned beef, and they have the audacity to make that claim in the literal shadow of Russel Street Deli. I have no idea how they live with their collective selves. My decision making process when visiting this restaurant is as follows: Is Russell Street Deli open? If yes, go there. If no, continue. Has every other restaurant in the area set itself on fire? If yes, go here. If no, go anywhere else.

Holy cow is this place busy. It gets a ton of foot traffic and seems a little high ticket at first, but that comes with the benefit of large portions. You get what you pay for, and its a bit more than expected... In both cost and portion. The people are also really nice. They might miss your coffee for a quick refill, but they wont gripe if you flag them down. Theyre worth a try.

Truly love this place; the service, the food, the atmosphere and the decor. Eating here is a little adventure that never disappoints. This place has so much personality and so do the servers... definitely coming back here. Its one of MI treasures. The eggs Benedict are definitely my go to at this place.

Just OK, had the corned beef hash & eggs. Hash is more like potatoes & sliced corned beef & under cooked onions rough chopped, not what I would consider good hash. Maybe you need to order it well done but not sure Ill go back.

Just moved to the City and was out exploring the Eastern Market with my sons. The price was great for the hungry man portions they serve. Our waitress was amazing too. Very inviting place.

It was truly amazing everything was perfect. I hate colsla but theres was great. I got the b.l.t and fries. It would be a good idea to go here if your ever wondering around in Detroit.
