Thanksgiving dinner was cold and tasted awful waitress didnt come for our wild berry tea refills hardly had anything to drink and nothing with my pie which was so frozen I couldnt eat it and instead of waitress asking what she could do to help she bolts off talking bad about me my mom and boyfriend because we werent happy she messed up order as well definelty not going back managers too busy to speak to us so just discounted meal is all for me my boyfriend check amd moms check. Service is worst its been in last year we use to love this location never had a complaint.

For last month or so Bob Evans has had email coupons for free dinner Sunday after 4. We have gone to this location every Sunday for last 4 weeks. Time to move on to a new Bob Evans location. Servers are poor at best. Guy with dreadlocks 2 weeks ago tossed our roll and plates on table as he zoomed by. Last week had to ask for jelly tray 3 times for our NO longer warm rolls. Food each time has been served warm, but NOT hot. Maybe its the Sunday afternoon shift gets the people that dont want to be there. Was a regular customer but now moving on.

Bob Evans isnt where you go looking for culinary innovation or the latest fad flavors, but rather where you go for great comfort food in a comfortable setting. Enjoy relaxing in a comfortable booth with a cup of good coffee and a bowl of delicious chili. Breakfast offering is where Bob Evans really shines and I cant recommend the Sunshine Skillet enough. To quench your thirst order a bottomless lemonade, easily the best Ive ever had at a restaurant.

Pitiful, you should be ashamed, how do you keep the doors open on this one, it starts a the door! They want to put you on a waiting list and the place just getting started for lunch, seats everywhere, i tell you your days are numbered, its not your food, you cant even get the food. You got it all wrong you really do, secret shop the places with some one walking in, instead of your so called experts.

Easter Weekend and we had mediocre food some was tasteless and others ok. Our Waitress (Hailey) 3 times came by to ask if we wanted boxes to take home!?? We were clearly still eating!? Then I noticed ..OH!? Shes the Pro Carry Out Server on her badge....hence trying to push us out. That makes sense now. I will clearly ask for her for carry out.

Worst experience ever. Seated at a dirty table and had we not asked to wipe it down theyd have let it slide. Took 15 minutes to even be acknowledged, another 45 minutes to order food. Food came out room temperature, inaccurate and bland. Silverware was filthy multiple times. To top it off they didnt do anything to remedy issues.

Service an food very poor,,not busy at all, only got service because lady across needed her bill,, yellows cook hard in eggs gravy not taste like bob Evans gravy at all nasty... Dont want to forget tryed to take to manager she was ungodly rurd,said mayb better next time an walked off,,yes I left very upset,!!!!!!

Ive been here several times, and have had amazing food and excellent service. I cannot emphasize enough how good the staff has been to our little family. They accommodate everything my 7mo old needs, are patient, courteous and efficient. I have not had a bad experience at this branch once

The food was great its the service standing in line while server horse playing than when I was seated a server say not in my section Im only one person I was thinking... I come here ever other day.... But i think i would find somewhere else to go...

It took 3 sets of silverware to get a complete clean set then the mgr suggested maybe I use plastic silverware. How about you figure why they are dirty and fix the issue. She should talk less and manage her people.

First time visiting a Bob Evans and it was amazing. The staff is friendly and the menu selection is wonderful with great prices too. They were attentive and helpful. Definitely going back.

Very nice Bob Evans. Clean and fast service. The pancakes were delicious and bacon was good and slightly crispy-just perfect. Coffee was fresh and hot. I will be back, when Im in the area.

All this and the waitress had nerve to be mad about us complaining to assistant manager. She shot us dirty looks and denied all of it very loudly to assistant manager.
