Ordered through Uber eats and recieved 3 large cups with nothing in them. The delivery guy confirmed with me that he double checked with the staff that everything was in the bag. After calling and being transferred to a manager I was told that he did ask the question and the (manager) I was on the phone with gave him the three cups and assumed he would fill them. I asked for a refund and she gave me attitude then told me I had to go through UberEATS and insinuated it was in no way her fault. Every other time we have order through Uber the staff filled the cups and delivery person (as I believe) is not responsible for anything but the delivery. Very disappointed and will be contacting both management tomorrow morning.

Went in for my first time yesterday and wont likely go back. Food isnt bad but the staff was rude and lacked personality as if I was inconveniencing them by being there the moment I walked in the door and this was at 4pm do fat from closing time. Not a great experience.

BRING BACK THE STEAMERS!!!!! Love getting a rito here but they used to have steamers for the tortillas which made it amazing. How they have the Chipotle style grills that dries the tortilla out. Not a fan of that. But still gets 5 starts because of the queso is so

Nachos are the absolute bomb, burrito bowl was extremely good but i wish that they more clearly laid out their vegetable options. Very friendly staff. Food was as good as Chipotle at the same price.

I have always preferred Qdoba over Chipotle. I think the food is just as good and they have a wider selection of options. This location in particular is very larger and well run.

Staff could be more friendly, sweet tea undrinkable taste like its been sitting for days with alcohol taste...also not fully brewed..not as great as other locations

The service at kenwood rd is awful...they can never seem to get anybodys order right. When you try to correct them, they get angry. Choose a different location!!!

The new tacos (6 options) are all great though they are a little pricey at 3 for $9. I used s coupon to get 6 for $9.
