Chipotle is awesome as a restaurant and organization, but this location always disappoints me. I stop by today to eat and order a bowl and chips & guac. When I opened my bag of chips, they were really greasy. Now, I know what your thinking "theyre fried, duhh theyre greasy". However, these chips had oil almost dripping from them. I took them back to the counter, waited 3 minutes for a gentlemen to finish cleaning a window(as he stared back at me), then asked for a another bag which was just as gross. I ended up just taking my guac to the chips at my house. While all this was happening there was about 4 other employees in the back hitting each other with a wet towel. Needless to say, I will drive the extra 5 miles to go to a different Chipotle.

We practically live here during the week. Yeah, the parking lot can get interesting if you go during the lunch rush, not to mention the ordering line often wraps around the inside of the restaurant. Then again, Ive experienced this with other Chipotles in the area, so I typically try to go a bit later if possible. Never had an issue with this location, and find the staff to be very friendly and classy. Because it is minutes from our house we cant beat the convenience, not to mention my wife and I can split a chicken bowl for less than $7.

I love Chipotle, dont get me wrong. I am vegan and I that is the only fast food I can get most times. However this location was very sloppy with preparing my order. The rice was undercooked and while my burrito was sitting open I saw splashes of the hot salsa from the order before mine going into my burrito. The counter was very messy and I dislike it when they scrape up the very last scraps of fajita vegetables instead of taking initiative and getting fresh vegetables. I wont be going to Chipotle for a while after this experience.

WAS a great place to go eat. commonly didnt have utensils or lemons out. aside from that. there was nothing wrong... than they decided that moving a mile or 2 north into a mall parking lot with a building 1/2 the size and 1/2 the size parking in an area with more traffic was a good idea. suppose its no longer a viable choice for a "quick" grab.... no longer worth the stop... i actually find it easier and less stress to go to evendale.

Food was terrible! The girl on the line was putting Carmex on as I was waiting for the cashier to incorrectly charge me for my order. I think that was very unprofessional. The cashier didnt seem to know how to use a cash register and charged me for the customers order in front of me. And to add that the chicken was as dry as it could be. Horrible experience. For as nice as the building is, the employees certainly dont do it justice.

The food is great, the service is OK, but the quantity of meat on the burrito is very poor. We asked one barbacoa and one Carnitas burrito and both contained very few meat. It was like someone put a teaspoon of Carnitas in my rice and bean burrito. The flavor is awesome as in any chipotle, but if you can drive 10 minutes more, you can get more for your money.

I have never been treated like this in any restaurant. you guys deserve more than 5 stars. This was my first time trying Chipoltle. and everybody not only were friendly, but very kind. I tried their burrito and it was great! My large appetite was thoroughly satisfied. Im in town for a week and I will be going there every night. Thanks

I love Chiptole. But this location failed to deliver. With a small line of customers at 11:05 on a Wednesday somehow they managed to take 20 minutes for 9 people to scoop rice and beans into a bowl so I could pay for it. Ill try it again in a few weeks. Maybe just an off day.

only giving 1 start because this specific location is so much worse than the rest of the Chipotles in the Cincinnati area. Food is noticeably less fresh and more bland. Workers known to give attitude if you ask for a little bit more of a certain ingredient.

I absolutely love Chipotle, and this particular restaurant does a great job. They are fast, clean, and the food is wonderful, of course. Just be ready to expect a line at noon, since its a big lunch destination for the local offices.
