My husband and I are from California, he is half Mexican and Im black. We love our Mexican food!! We live in Cincinnati, so we were first timers at Taco Casa.Let me start by saying. when we walked into the restaurant and they didnt have real menus and the hot sauce was just V8 tomato juice with some seasoning we should have just walked out! This is the most ghetto place we ever been. they advertise things on their menu that they dont even make. the food was HORRIBLE!!!!!! When we asked for a refund the manager refused!! Also the ground beef isnt even real meat!!! is soy protein which is the same meat they serve in prisons!They also microwave everything!! very bad quality of food and service! the workers dont wear hairnets or hats and wasnt wearing gloves!!!! The food is disgusting!!! PLEAS DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE!!!

THIS WAS MOST DISGUSTING FOOD I HAVE EVER TASTED. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAME TO CALL THAT MEXICAN FOOD. IT IS A DISCRACE TO THE MEXICAN HERITAGE. THE SALSA WAS MADE FROM TOMATO JUICE N JUST ADDING SEASONING. THE PLACE IS A LOW BUDGET RESTAURANT N SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. I FEEL SORRY FOR ANYBODY THAT CALLS THIS GOOD. THERE GROUND BEEF IS THE SAME THEY SERVE IN THE PRISON SYSTEM. THEY WERE SO THIRSTY TO MAKE A DOLLAR. THEY JUST SERVE N MICROWAVE EVERYTHING. I SAT THEIR AND WATCHED THEM. I WORK IN A RESTAURANT N I WOULD BE ASHAME TO SERVE HUMAN BEINGS FROM THIS VERY DISGUSTING, NASTY PLACE.

Grade A microwave dog food. Dont know how this place is still in business or why there were 5 cars in the drive thru. Ordered a chicken chorizo burrito, took 2 bites and threw it out. $7 well spent trying to avoid eating at Mc Donalds across the street. Did I mention over priced?

Food is over priced for the amount they give you old lettuce that looks like been sitting in the fridge in a container all night before they serve it too... I will not be buying anymore from this location

Service was horrible,i ordered 3 soft tacos because I dont like hard, but was given hard tacos, the lady proceded to tell me I just ordered tacos and the person working with her heard the same thing

Gross, last time I ate it and I got sick. I miss the friendly warm faces that use to work there. Food was awesome and great in the last 6 months the place has gone down
