This review is for this particular location visited on Friday, February 12, 2016. We walked in 45 mins. prior to closing time and most of the food trays were empty. We asked why and they replied that they were closing soon so they were low on food. Really? Nearly an hour to go and you refuse to restock the table so that I can actually order some fresh food and give you my money? Most of the staff was too busy breaking down and cleaning equipment to help us. Our portions were half the size of my normal Chipotle meal. Possibly because they wouldnt restock the food table?! We had to pay for extra chicken and guacamole just to get a regular Chipotle serving size. My friend ordered 2 quesadillas and had to pay al la carte for anything more than chicken and cheese. The result was a paper thin weakly filled tortilla that he was charged $14.00 for two. One third of it didnt even have fillings. It was just tortilla! The cashier tried to make us buy a childs portion of stale chips that had been sitting out for who knows how long until we insisted that she go to the back and get fresher chips. This took five mins. Every person working that night was trifling. No one had a good attitude and acted like we were totally inconviencing them. I was shocked to learn that there was a manager on site and that he was letting these poor business practices go on. When we contacted the manager he wouldnt give us a food credit over the phone. He insisted that we bring in our receipts and talk to him in person. Not going to happen. This was my friends first visit to a Chipotle restaurant and he will never try it again after how we were treated. Needless to say, stay away from this specific location if you are seeking good food with good portions and a friendly staff. Perhaps if there were a new staff and manager, I would try this location again. Otherwise, run away!

My boyfriend went to pick up a free meal on our behalf, because our last meal was way beneath what any customer should receive. I remember him coming home, complaining before I even saw the sad excuse for a burrito that they gave us, and saying how horrible the experience was. BUT THIS TIME, he came home with nothing but satisfaction. Thank you to Danny, the manager who helped my boyfriend this time around, for giving us a wonderful, perfectly wrapped burrito and offering even more just to ensure that this visit would diminish the previous bad experience. This chipotle location is amazing. And Danny is amazing! Thank you, again. From Mattie (Andrews bitchy girlfriend) and Andrew--two truly appreciative customers. Its very hard and extremely rare to find good customer service anymore, especially with fast food. A BIG thank you to Danny, again. From two people who used to work in fast food and understand difficult customers, yet also understand CUSTOMER SERVICE. Awesome service and experience!

This is my favorite Chipotle location in all of Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. The food is always great, but the customer service is AMAZING!!. They are so fast that Ive stopped ordering online because I know they will get me in & out quickly. I have several locations I could visit, but I always go to the Covington Chipotle because of the customer service / employees at that location. Thank you for taking such good care of me !!!

clean, friendly... BUT WOW! SizeWise? go to Newport, Buttermilk Pike, Florence or even fountain square! ...maybe i just get here at the wrong time... brown rice with black beans dont cost much, if they want to be chintzy on my chicken or guacamole we pay pay extra for id understand, so Florence? Fountain Square? Buttermilk? MUCH BETTER PORTIONS! GET A FULL BOWL THERE!!! :-)

Not one of the best locations. Most times it has been bad service- rude attitudes and very skimpy on portions (if they even have anything to give you). If you go, try to be there at least 2 hours before they close, or you might be able to get a shell with salsa, lettuce and cream cheese. They dont seem to believe in restocking after that 7:30-8 time frame.

Wow! Hands down one of the best Chipotle experiences Ive ever had. Great customer service, fast and courteous, great attitudes amazing food. I couldnt ask for much more unless they started offering back massages LOL no but I definitely will be returning to this particular Chipotle even if its 70 miles out of the way. Thanks Chipotle for a great experience.

This location is always fast. The folks working have always been friendly and enjoyable to deal with. The dining room and parking lot are mostly clean. My only complaint is the beverage/condiment station is almost always dirty and in need of restock, but that can be attributed to the amount of customers they go through.

Using the word, Terrible would be nice. This place is awful. I ordered a burrito and what I got in return was a soap sandwich. If Chipotle wants to charge a higher price, I expect a higher level of standard. This location doesnt get that part. Go to Taco Bell, as least you get want you pay for there.

My favorite Chipotle. Every other location is late having online orders ready and they all only fill your burrito bowl halfway or less. THIS location always has your food ready on time and makes sure you get your moneys worth. I will only ever come to this one from now on

This Chipotle is new and not ready for the general public. The portions are incorrect (small), the line workers are not professional and the service was slow. Consider a different Chipotle in the area, or wait six months.

I ordered two bowls online and they seemed to be lacking in chicken and barbacoa. Im not sure whether portions are smaller when you order online as opposed to ordering in person. The location is clean, however.

Food is always fresh when we come, even at 3 PM. We have had problems with other Chipotles, it seems like the chicken was always burnt. Havent had that problem here and the line goes fast.
