My girlfriend and I went up to the counter to order to a very unwelcoming person. You usually expect Chipotles to all be the same, but the steak was way over done and could barely be chewed. We were skimped on everything. The people working there were all just standing around talking when we were trying to pay and waited for nearly 5 minutes for them to finish their conversation. We love Chipotle but will never go here again.

The food is great like most chipotles,service however is a different story.They had my food ready to go but no one to ring me up. They even had 3 people in the back not doing anything while I waited. After 10 minutes of waiting someone from the line called for help because they were backed up. The girl in the back loudly sighed before finally ringing up. Plus this is not the first time this has happened to me at this chipotle.

Their food is always amazing, the restaurant is always clean, and the staff is always friendly and quick to help. One day I ended up with a forgotten bay leaf in my rice. The manager apologized for the mistake, explained its use for flavor, and replaced my entire order on my next visit. Im impressed!

Typically have great experiences with this location . The most common problem I have with chipotle is every time I ask for medium sauce (green) they reach for mild (tomatoes.) Please learn the difference between the two. Now I have to pick these disgusting tomatoes out of my bowl.

For being such a know restaurant the service is horrible, they never get online orders correct and the management doesnt know how to staff correctly. But when you go through the line making two orders, they complain and tell you to use the online app.

My experience here was great. I got my food quickly and accurately. However, the meat on my burrito bowl was definitely off. About half of the steak had a chalky texture and a strange taste. I ended up throwing out the meat from the last part of my meal.

This Chipotle is awesome. The food is delicious and fresh and the service is excellent. And best of all, Chase helped us out with a donation to the SOWW to feed some of our service men who were on a turkey hunt over the weekend. Way to Go, Chipotle!

If youve been to a Chipotle location before you know what to expect. The staff, however, went above and beyond for service. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the best experiences Ive ever had a Chipotle.
