Had two bad experiences at this BK within two weeks of one another. The first time, I got the wrong drink in the drive thru- I had ordered a Coke, and got a diet. No big deal, I know. So I called back, gave my last name and the whole nine yards. My last name has 19 letters in it. No one can spell my last name, even after I repeated myself 3 or 4 times. So, I go back in a few days later to get my Coke, and the manager tells me that since my name is not in her credit book, that she can not issue a credit. Its not like I said that I was shorted 6 whopper sandwiches or anything stupid like that. It was a simple Coke. So, because a manager did not write my name in the credit book after I called (likely because the manager could not SPELL my last name), I was told to more-or-less get lost. That made me mad.

I like this Burger King. I usually stop two times a week on my way to work and the breakfast comes out fast and hot. Ive even stopped in at 2am and the drive-thru worker was very kind (much moreso than I would be if I were working at 2am)
