Ive been to YEAH Burger about six times. I cant do it anymore. I JUST left less than 15 minutes ago and when I got back to my office, I realized they forgot to put cheese (the kind I spent a dollar for) on my burger. With further inspection, the nitrate free bacon (another dollar)....appears to be one strip of bacon, snapped into two smaller pieces. I like my burger with BACON...lots of it..this is a disgrace. Good thing I asked for a side of BBQ (50 cents) because it was barely smeared on the bun. The ice cream shakes come in "one size"...which is a fancy way of saying kids size..($5.99).....so after all this.. for one burger and milkshake the total comes to $18.77. So you have to imagine my dismay, when I get to my office after spending so much on this burger (which is so small by the way...you may want to order two) that it lacks the fixings I paid extra for. Today, I really wanted a great burger. I debated Grindhouse Burgers, the Ghetto Burger at Anns Snack Shack, Five Guys, and Yeah Burger.. I actually drove to five guys, parked...went into the establishment and changed my mind because YEAH burger is healthier and has "options." But as my friend Niffy said, "What good are quality ingredients if they dont actually serve them to you?" The time before last I brought my friend here from out of town. Since Im eating organic and local now....I thought that YEAH burger would be the perfect choice, but they were out of milkshakes....and I specifically came for the milkshakes!! O_O Even without the cheese, the burger should have been amazing, but it wasnt. Im not sure the meat is seasoned well enough...or the burger is big enough...OR maybe people get so distracted by the avocado, bacon jam, fig jam and all these other fixings you could put on top..that they forget what a really great burger tastes like. The manager is giving me a refund tomorrow. I appreciate the customer service, although when I walked in to order, an employee was texting on his phone by the stove (they have somewhat of an open kitchen layout.). I really hope he washed his hands after texting, since phones collect the most amount of germs.... YEAH Burger is modern and lively. All the options will definitely get you excited. There are a ton of great reviews on Yelp about this spot. I hope you enjoy your experience, but Im done. NO! Burger for me.

Stopped in after visiting Room & Board for the first time across the street. YEAH! Burger was the perfect compliment. Awesome modernist interior with fantastic food. Based on what I read on the menu and the ingredients listed on the menu, they put an emphasis on more than their burgers, so yes, you will pay a little more than you would at some other boutique burger joints. Its worth it, in my opinion. The burger was fantastic, and the onion rings were out of this world! Lightly battered and wonderfully thin. The burger patties are just the right thickness. About as thick as my pinky finger, and cooked with just a mild amount of pink in the center. My girlfriend got hers well, which was also to her liking. Im talking about someone who grew up a vegetarian. I can only get her to eat burgers at two other burger places, and she said shed eat at YEAH! Burger any time. So, on the up side: awesome atmosphere with heated outdoor area (its December right now), awesome food, great attitude toward our world (sustainability), and fast service. On the down side: youll pay a little more ($5-$9 for the burger), everyone was dressed really trendy (Im just a simply Florida boy), but no one made us feel uncomfortable. Pro tip: Sand outside for a few minutes so you can breath in the smell of burgers on the grill and fries in the frier. Youll walk in 2x hungrier and ready for exactly what you were sniffing outdoors.

I went in yesterday (Sunday) to pick up a to - go order for people working in my office about 1 mile away. The bill was about $42. I forgot my wallet with $ but did have $20. I wanted to leave the cashier with $20, deliver the food while it was fresh and hot, then return with the balance. The cashier and the manager said no. The manager would not let me take the food until I paid in full. If I would have left without the food, I would not have returned. They would have had to pitch it and receive nothing for it. Luckily for both Yeah Burger and me, an unknown patron seated at the counter overheard my plea for trust, and paid my $22 dollar shortage. I asked the manager, "youre going to let your customer take the risk and youre not? Unbelievable. I delivered my food, returned to Yeah Burger, and paid my benefactor a $100 bill. So his kindness to a stranger with no thought of being repaid, resulted in a 4 fold return on his investment. I will not go back to Yeah Burger. They only care about money and really nothing about their customers. Lots of restaurants can make a good hamburger. But what is important is doing business with people who have some empathy and the common sense to trust someone with a 50% payment rather than for sure loose it all.

Today 8/27/17 @ approximately 4:15pm I attempted to call in an order for my family after previously receiving burgers made other than how I had expressed. After giving the order I asked for it to be repeated back for accuracy. The person I was speaking with stated that he was not going to put my order in cause they dont take some kind of orders by phone. Then he began to say that I was with Grubhub and something else. I dont utilize whatever he was referring to, I was told that my order would not be taken by phone. I asked to speak to the manager, the guy I was speaking with identified himself as the manager...which is unbelievable considering the immaturity and professionalism displayed. While I am asking for contact info to make someone at the company leadership aware of what occurred the person claiming to be the manager was laughing and playing on the phone as if I had not called a place of business. He refused to provide an office number or any info related to where a customer can communicate with company leadership. I will never visit the Howell Mill Rd. Location in Atlanta again. I plan to spread the word about the poor treatment received, and the managers poor conduct.

It seems that there are a ton of these burger places all over Atlanta! And I wanna try them all! I tried Farm Burger the other day and today I got to try Yeah! Ive still got quite a few to go... But here are my thoughts so far... Both are awesome as far as quality goes! And while Farm Burgers patties might be slightly bigger, Yeah gives you two patties instead of one (at least with the beef, which is what Im sticking to). Both had great quality cheeses and toppings. I appreciated the Yeah had nifty options like bacon jam and fig jam! But Farms sauces are a little better in my opinion. Their house sauce is good and their paprika mayo is fantastic! And I think theyre sweet potato fries are about on the same level as far as quality goes, but you might get a slightly bigger serving at Yeah. I also appreciate that Yeah offers the Collard Greens wrap as an alternative to no bun or a lettuce wrap and I totally dug it! It wasnt seasoned at all, but simply steamed. But it added a nice texture and a way to eat with my hands as opposed to with a for and knife. Lastly, who doesnt love a free side for checking in?!
