The food was delicious. The drinks were strong the staff was well....concerning. I experienced everyone getting refills on those chips except my table. Dang. I made eye contact with the person replacing chips and told him we would also like some..and after he saw we were out 3 minutes or so earlier. OK Now our delicious and well proportion meal comes out and the worse happens! A blue hair type fiber in my mouth after my second bite!! Now Things happen and the only reason I write this review is because after management tells us he will not charge us for this dish they left me no options and walked away! They never offered another meal!! After 10 minutes of waiting Im leaving feeling unwanted and unimportant. So my 5 star is a strong 3 for customer satisfaction. I was really enjoying myself too...

this restaurant is awesome... the food is great. the best of everything is their service is fast accurate and it own and operated by its owners... also i know that is not a complete mexican restaurant, it also has some touch of a Colombian style, very unique in the northeast ohio....

Dont bother. Veggie Fajitas were clearly a bag of frozen vegetables, heated up and served with 3 tiny flour tortillas for $9. Floors and tables were dirty and sticky, zero service aside from initial chip delivery and taking our order. Again, dont bother, much better in the area.

Man... The food here is great and very flavorful! I highly recommend the restaurant. They have a very nice staff and the always have coupons available in the Gold Clipper if you want to save a few bucks on your visit. The decor is plain. They also have great margaritas!

The food was very good. But the service was slow! Our waiters never came and asked us did we want anything else to drink and when she brought out my margarita it had a fly in it! She did give me another drink, but that was it. No apology no nothing.
