As soon as I entered on the boarder I immediately noticed the emphasis they put on customer service. The greeters were energetic and happy seat us. Our waitress Tara was great a wonderful back and forth with suggestions for both food and alcohol and quite attentive. while I was on my way to there bathroom to wash my hands before my meal every waiter/waitress buzzing around for the Saturday night dinner rush acknowledged me. Also the bathroom was pristine. Additionally when I accidentally dropped my menu the the manager quickly walked over picked it up noticed I needed a refill and came back right when Tara did with another refill. My girlfriend ordered a margarita it was pretty big and after i taste tested it to make sure it wasnt poison ;) I found myself surprised how strong it was for the price. I ordered the steak big boarderiitto or how ever you spell it. It came with a house salid and a dressing Tara suggested the avocado ranch. The burrito was really big, and tasty it had a wonderful soft texture with a nice smoke char taste to it. The house salid was okay. After we ate and paid, the staff continued with the exceptional customer service and reminding us to drive safe as my girlfriend stumbled as she made her way out and to the "passenger seat" in closing this place is great, the atmosphere is lively and fun a great place for friends or a nice date. As a customer service snob I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied. I cannot wait for my next visit.

Warm and friendly greeting. BUT- Server all over the place, and no anticipation of needs (napkins, refills, verification of food) we had to keep looking for him and asking for assistance! Ordered carne asada- AVOID- Cheap meat, dried texture, rough, spicy, and returned dish. Asked to have a green salad and add grilled shrimp instead, for additional fee no problem- I was told they could not do that and offered a mango salad instead. Really!? The manager came out, apologized and did not offer any solution or compensation. Just kept smiling as it was a joke. Absolutely disrespectful and uncaring... good outcome? We did not get charged for the meal! Thank God! - I do NOT recommend this place to anyone who has high expectations on food quality and hospitality services... Mediocre service and food experience is their MOTTO... oh and my 6 year old daughter said the bathroom smelled like dead fish; bathroom water was running on the floor from clogged toilet and drain on the floor... health inspector is needed at this place!

First 3 times food and service was good. Today we had a server named Chaz. He took 10 minutes to come to the table. Asked for water 2 times. He finally told me there was a problem with the water filter? I suggested he get water from the bar. He seemed amazed at the idea? Had to ask for more salsa several times. I thought i might suggest that he step up his game. We are locals and thought we would be regulars. Chaz was offended that someone would point out that his service was not what was excpected and told me i was disrespectful and " i was gone" ? He ran off calling for his manager loudly as he was going to have me kicked out ! The manager was dumbfounded. Let me add that this was at 3pm on a Sunday. More staff than customers. As locals we are always excited for new places but Chaz got we he wanted . We left! Went across the street to Chuys . never to return EVER again. Shame on Chaz and really shame on management for breeding an attitude that a customer would ever be treated so badly.

Weve gone twice so far to the new Kissimmee location, and both times the service and food was excellent. The first time we went we had our new puppy with us and they let us sit on the patio with him. The staff was all wonderful and our puppy behaved very well. It was a very welcoming experience, with great service and great food. So we recently returned, and again we got wonderful service and wonderful food. When my boyfriend felt the steak on his fajita was just a little too spicy, the manager personally made a new one for him. Awesome place! 10/10 well return Its definitely going to be a regular place for us.

I cant even begin to explain how horrible my experience was at this restaurant. 1) The tortilla chips they brought out were raw. 2) Our server brought out a different drink than I ordered and said to "see if I was okay with it". 3) Entrees that came with unlimited rice and beans... we never received any rice or beans. We asked our server to bring them out twice. 4) Spoke to a manager who comped part of our meal but then proceeded to charge us for the wrong drink that the server brought out. We left hungry and annoyed. I will never recommend this restaurant. Stay away! Go to any other restaurant in the plaza.

Our server was attentive, well informed, and helpful. The decor and environment was great. Unfortunately the portion sizes are that of a happy meal and the food was cold. We never received part of our meal and one of the servers, not our main waiter, spilled a majority of our sons fries on the ground while serving and never replaced it. The food was good but the communication between the servers and the kitchen seemed non existent. But, we are on vacation so the alcohol was good.

This attempt at this location wasnt horrible, our server Dave was sweet but..we ordered our dinners. Mine came without the main meat which was ground beef. No big deal at first..but the side of ground beef was delicious but again it was not on the nachos as it shouldve been which was so disappointing. My brothers orders came out and honestly wasnt nachos but looked like mini fajitas and their meats werent right. The waiter kept trying but even when it came we were ready to go

Went tonight and we were all excited for the guacamole - they were out! How can a Mexican restaurant run out of guac! And then ordered chicken fajitas and the tortillas were hard and one meal didnt get any at all. Asked for new ones and 15 mins later got them. Then one of the staffs friends turned up and left his car running with the lights on shining in our tables eyes. Service was terrible! With all of the places you can eat - chose another restaurant!

Weve ordered take out a few times but just recently our food was overcooked. The beef empanadas were hard, crust was dark brown and over cooked. Almost like they precooked them then cooked them again. There was no salsa in the bags also, our big burritos were very dry, no rice was added and seemed overcooked as well. Maybe it was an off night in the kitchen but I was still disappointed that our meal could of been more enjoyable.

The restaurant is really clean, the server we had was super nice and attentive. I didnt like somonething I ordered and she got it replaced for me without making me feel like it was my fault. We had a bit of confusion with our food and it was straighted out easily. We were thanked for coming and when asked about items on the menu she gave us helpful suggestions and details on what the Spanish foods were.
