We moved to Tampa from Vegas, where OTB was a weekly experience (seriously, we became friends with most of the staff). So, when we moved here, we were disappointed that our weekly salsa binge would end. Imagine my happiness when my husband stumbled onto this new restaurant after a day at epcot. Our server was George (of the jungle, lol) and was amazing. Super friendly, super funny and made great suggestions. The other servers and hostesses that we encountered were just as friendly. The decor is great, I love the new, updated look. And the food, well the food was just as we remembered. Ive never found a salsa that Ive liked as much as OTBs and we eat out quite often. We ate way too much but enjoyed every minute of it. We will definitely be back!

We had an incredible bartender, Rachel. She was overly attentive and expected our needs before we thought of them. However, during our visit, as we were sitting at the bar, an extremely rude manager said a few things next to us, that put a bad taste in our mouths. Her name was Lori. She attacked both bartenders on duty, in front of us. She asked them unprofessional questions that seemed out of their control. This changed my experience from 5 stars to 2, because someone in a management position should have a little respect for their employees. Employees dont quit their job, they quit their managers. The food was good and the service was even better, but that kind of person in a management position makes me question the entire company.

Poor service I ever seen in any good restaurants !!! Worst experience of service !!! Name George, he came to table to take the order in middle of talk he just walk away inside !!! Really??? Thats how you treat your customer ??? Better to eat to Taco Bell at lest they know how to treat customers. 2nd thing we ask for what to come with this dish and his answer was " Prettymuch everything " !!!! I called manager and she said sorry to us but, I will never ever go again to specially Location in Orlando : 12517 Fl 535 !!! If they really do care about their business and customer they should read it and take some actions !! I guess they Just dnt care because I read more negative review than positive !!!!

I was very disappointed, the only positive thing was the cheese dip. My daughter ordered Chicken Tortilla Soup, it was terrible, the 1st time Ive seen Chile Renne with no meet or onions, just cheese, and the tacos not sure what kind of meat it was but it didn’t taste like beef. Ive always enjoyed Mexican food, but Ive had better at Taco Bell save your money and stay away.

Great food, great drinks n great service!!! Our waitress was Lexa(not sure on spelling) n we enjoyed how tentative she was to our every need!!! She offered alternative to the salsa which i loved but my husband thought was a little spicy for his liking!!! We also enjoyed a great conversation with her about our common interests!!! We will definitely be back soon!!!

Excellent experience first at busy diner time and yesterday for Taco Tuesday. Thin Hot and Crispy cantina chips. Guacamole was a bit thick and tangy for us, but enchiladas and crispy tacos were amazing. Staff was super friendly, kept sodas refilled and food came out fast. Building noise of customers talking was a bit loud, but we had a great time.

We went as a group of 11 and we got a table right away on a Sunday lunch. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. All our food was great - no specific recommendations. If you check in on help, you get a delicious bowl of nacho cheese for the endless chips on the table that all customers get. Prices were reasonable. I would go back.

The service was below acceptance. Appetizers came cold, they reheated a plate, didnt changed it. The manager came to talk and said that everything was appropriate temperature, didnt believed us that it was cold. Regular plates were good, food was good. But still, the service wasnt how it should have been

Been here twice in the last week and was happy everytime I walked out. Service was exceptional especially by Kelsey and Michael. Food each time was beyond expectation and I would definitely suggest the chicken burrito or tres enchiladas. Definitely one of my new favorite hang outs.

The food was great, waiting however.. well.. we arrived at 8 left at 9:30. My drink got low, and the waitress saw this and offered to get me another one, I accepted. She got back to me about 10-15mins later. They werent busy, so I dont know why it took so long.

Sat and no one waited in us. Had to flag down a server. She was nice but the order was incorrect for the tacos and the steak was vary rare. Lots of filler in the tacos like carrots and celery. I enjoyed the chips and salsa. Guacamole was super salty.

Picked up take out. Sampeled the tacos, the brisket and the steak ones were great. The salsa was well balanced amd fresh. The chips were really good.
